People of the gods (Epic)
Episode 2
The Kundunga armies attacked the 4 tribes on both sides which enabled a counter attack on the 4 tribes, the attack lasted for 2 days which rendered the 4 tribes to lay down their weapons and surrender. After conquering the tribes on the battlefield, they infiltrated the tribes villages, burnt their huts and crops and stole their precious treasures. The women of Sanko village were raped to death and their men were slaughtered mercilessly. They captured the young girls and women and they shared them to their high ranking officers as concubines and slaves. They captured Queen Alapetu also. The Kundunga armies raided all the villages and killed all the men and the young males. The Kundunga armies marched down to their village chanting and singing the songs of victory. It will take them 3 days before they can get to Kundunga kingdom. They stopped at the Nuka valley to rest, they camped there for a day before proceeding to Kundunga. During the first day of their camping, some of the women who were captured tried to escape but unfortunately for them they were caught and killed. General Maye Ayoso, warlord of the Kundunga army saw the beautiful Queen Alapetu and fell in love with her. Maye Ayoso showed so much care for Queen Alapetu in which he didn’t allow her to do the odd jobs unlike the other captives. He told Queen Alapetu about his deep feelings for her, she burst in tears and she cursed herself that it was her pride that got her were she was today and how she caused the chaos that happened to her people and the neighboring villages. The following conversation ensued between them.
Maye Ayoso: The beauty of the stars which shines brightly on the shores of Nuka river, it is the same beauty which transcend in you Queen Alapetu.
Queen Alapetu: *in tears* I have always prayed to the gods for a great man, who is fearless, charming and who will protect me and my people, unfortunately for me the gods didn’t answer my prayers.
Maye Ayoso: No my Queen, they did answer your prayers, because the war actually brought us together.
He further explains:
Fate brought us together.
Queen Alapetu: *in a sober voice* but I didn’t pray for any of these to happen. Many of my people have been slaughtered by your evil soldiers. May disaster of misfortune fall on your mad king Kundu.
Maye Ayoso was furious about what Queen Alapetu was saying, he quickly cuts in
Maye Ayoso: Don’t say that, the King gets anything he wants in anyway, but he actually saw things the different way. Violence won’t solve anything and you know I was only following orders.
Queen Alapetu: I curse him today, the root of Kundunga will cause the ruin of Kundunga itself.
Maye Ayoso: Oh woman! Come off it *laughing* Nothing of such will never happen. I will ask the King to let me take you as my wife. I am sure he will allow me, moreover I have won so many wars for him. I think it’s right time for him to return the favor.
Queen Alapetu: *she looked into his eyes* thanks for helping me, I hope I can repay you in anyway.
Maye Ayoso: The pleasure is mine my beautiful Queen.
He walks away to his tent, when he got to his tent, he laid down on the mat and was reminiscing how she will be a good wife and his other two wives will be jealous of her extreme beauty. General Ayoso in his sleep was dreaming that the great wall of Kundunga was ruined, millions of people slaughtered, king Kundu was beheaded and a young man in his early twenties was crowned the new king. He couldn’t see the face of the young man at first. As people were hailing their new King, he couldn’t see the face of the King because the King was looking at another direction. The King was waving his hands to his people, the King’s face and Maye Ayoso was about to strike when an heavy voice called him out from his dream. It was lieutenant Joro, his right-hand man calling him that the sun as risen. He later realized that he was dreaming. He said to himself (Ah! It was a dream).

People of the gods (Epic)
Episode 1
It all started in a calm morning ,where the gentle breeze flew across the Lambadi river, in the vilage of Osara, which dominated most of the lands in Africa. They were powerful, wealthy, hardworking and their population was so many. They were basically fishermen and women. The villagers included different ethnic groups of different villages as a result of a civil war which occurred 85years ago. The war so pathetic which took the lives of thousands of people which included the Shoara tribes, Akangun tribes, Lukotun tribes, Sanko tribes and the Kundunga tribes. The Kundunga were the most powerful and fearless of all the tribes. They were never defeated in any of their wars, they always triumph. They took the Shoara tribes, Akangun tribes, Lukotun tribes and the Sanko tribes into slaveries. They carted away with their treasures such as Golds and Coal in Shoara, Diamonds in Akangun, Silver and iron-ore in Lukotun, Diamonds, Silvers, and Palm kernel in Sanko tribes. The Sanko tribes were so wealthy and the village was filled with beautiful girls and women, but unfortunately their men were few due to the kind of trade they were involve in. They were ruled by Alapetu a Beautiful and wealthy Queen. Her Grand-mother founded Sanko kingdom which later gave her access of becoming the 3rd Queen in which she was referred to as Queen Ayinke Alapetu Ojara III of Sanko Village. The name Sanko was culled from Sanikoko meaning ( say the real truth). Queen Alapetu ruled for 25 years which the war later caused the end of her reign when the Kundunga armies invaded Sanko village. The war occurred as a result of interest in which King Kundu Akewa of Kundunga showed to Queen Alapetu to become his third wife. Queen Alapetu saw this as an insult on her throne and on her people. She refused to marry King Kundu, he was so angry with the Queen of not accepting his marriage proposal, he ordered his guards to bring Queen Ayinke Alapetu to his palace. He sent three of his palace guards to bring Queen Alapetu dead or alive in which he gave them the Kora sword “a sword which indicates that if you refuse what you are ask to do, you will have to face war”. It took the guards 2 days to get to Sanko village, on getting to Queen Alapetu palace, they gave out the instruction they were sent to deliver and they presented the Kora sword to her. She was so angry that she ordered her guards to kill 2 of King kundu guards and sent the remaining one back to king Kundu that she accept the challenge of facing war. The guard got back to Kundunga and delivered the Queen’s message. The King was furious about this and he ordered his General, Maye Ayoso to prepare for war. Queen Alapetu was so depressed about the decision she made but she thought to herself that she can’t go back on her words. She sent for the King’s representatives of Shoara, Akangun and Lukotun to render their best fighters. She said if her request is granted, half of her treasures and their women belongs to the 3 villages. This villages were happy with this kind of deal. They all sent 1,500 armies 500 each from the 3 villages. King Kundu was so angry that he ordered all his armies to invade the 4 villages and destroy their houses, crops and their livestocks. The D day came for all tribes to battle on the battlefield. Each of the villages make sacrifices to their gods & goddess to help them conquer the forthcoming war. For the kundunga tribes, it is a tradition for the high priest to sacrifice a teenage girl who is still a virgin to appease the gods to win the battle for them. The 5000 armies of kundunga marched down to Lape “Battlefield” against 4000 armies of the 4 tribes. On the first day of the war, the 4000 armies were defeating the Kundunga, but unfortunately Maye Ayoso, the war General of Kundunga has everything planned already, all the formation, tactics and strategies were to be used on the 2nd and 3rd day.
