Let the defendants refuse to show up to answer their case, no problem.
America isn't a country where law and order is toyed with, so they can ignore US courts, but the court orders will stand.

IPOB should just present the evidence to the court of their crimes and secure the judgement. It is a crucial step towards going to the international criminal court for crimes against humanity.
