People do know of computer shops and repair outlets but choose to relate their issue here hence we should encourage them to do so. Howbeit, If you have any experienced IT Engr in Owerri you can refer the OP the person for further tech support. Thanks.

I truly understand your stance with respect to the above.
If I know any system technician in owerri I won't hesitate to direct him but I dont know any hence why I indicated he should ask around.
