Can you please confirm if the lands have C of O and governors consent are obtainable?

Are the lands available for building straight away or buy and wait?

Like i said earlier, my budget is quite low. I can't afford more than N3.5M. I don't mind if its a new estate. Kindly let me know your price range so that i can decide if i need to push my budget.

I am looking for a serviced plot of land in Lekki Axis preferable in an undeveloped or newly developing estate. The estate most have long term provision for security, water, tarred road, street lights and other amenities. I don't have a huge budget and wouldn't mind payment by instalment.

How much do you suppose it will cost to build the six bedroom duplex according to the state of the diagrams and how large will the plot of land be for it to be finished as designed?
secondly, How much will the three bedroom flat cost and how many three bedroom flats are there in the diagram as it looks too big for just only a three bedroom flat and also what will you recommend the size of the plot to be?

My many rooms would the casamodel bungalow have and is it possible for you to design the architectural layouts/floor plans?
How realistic is this for N10Million and would it have a pent section as i can see a top balcony in the drawing?
