The Blues were aiming to become the first club in Premier League history to win 14 consecutive matches in a single season but were frustrated by Mauricio Pochettino’s men during the first half and were 1-0 down at half-time. Costa, 28, had one of Chelsea’s best opportunities to open the scoring but chose to slip a ball through to his compatriot, Pedro. However, the former Barcelona man didn’t read Costa’s pass and the ex-Atletico Madrid striker let his team-mate know all about it as the two bickered afterwards.

Testicular cancer, orcancer of the testes, occurs in the testicles (testes), inside the scrotum. The scrotum is a loose bag of skin under the penis. Male sex hormones, testosterone, and sperm for reproduction are produced in the testicles. The testicles are a pair of male sex glands, also known as gonads. Testosterone controls the development of the reproductive organs, and other male physical characteristics. Although testicularcanceris uncommon compared to other cancers (0.7% of all cancers), it is the most common cancer in males aged between 15 and 35 in North America and Europe. Just under 2,000 men are diagnosed with this type of cancer annually in the United Kingdom. About 70 British males die each year from testicular cancer. 8,000 American males are diagnosed and 390 die each year in the USA of this disease. Testicular cancer occurs when the cells become malignant (cancerous) in either one or both testicles. White (Caucasian) males, especially those of Scandinavian descent are more susceptible to developing the disease compared to other men. The incidence of testicular cancer in the USA has more than doubled over the last four decades among Caucasian males, and has recently started to rise among afro-American males. Experts are not sure why people of different ancestries have varying incidence rates. Risk factors for testicular cancer Although scientists are not sure what the specific causes of testicular cancer are, there are some factors which may raise a man's risk of developing the disease. These risk factors include: 1) Cryptorchidism (undescended testicle) Testicles usually descend from the inside of the abdomen into the scrotum before a baby boy is born. If a testicle has not moved down when a male is born there is a greater risk that he will develop testicular cancer later on. The increased risk applies to both testicles, and is not lowered if surgery is performed to move it down. 2) Congenital abnormalities Males born with abnormalities of the penis, kidneys or testicles have a higher risk. 3) Inguinal hernia Males born with aherniain the groin area have a higher risk than others. 4) Having had testicular cancer If a male has had testicular cancer he is more likely to develop it in the other testicle, compared to a man who has never had testicular cancer. 5) Family history A male who has a close relative - sibling or father - with testicular cancer is more likely to develop it himself compared to other men. 6) Abnormal testicular development Conditions, such as Klinefelter's syndrome, where the testicles do not develop normally, may increase a person's risk of testicular cancer. 7) Mumps orchitis This is an uncommon complication of mumps in which one or both testicles become inflamed. This painful complication can also raise a male's risk of developing testicular cancer later on. RaceTesticular cancer is more common among Caucasian males, compared to men of African or Asian descent. Highest rates are found in Scandinavia, Germany and New Zealand. Having a vasectomy doesnotincrease a man's risk of developing testicular cancer. Symptoms of testicular cancer A symptom is something the patient feels or reports, while a sign is something other people, including a doctor, may detect. For example, pain may be a symptom while a rash could be a sign. In most cases the patient finds the cancer himself. Sometimes they are discovered by doctors during a routine physical exam. If you notice anything unusual about your testicles you should see your doctor, especially if you detect any of the following: A lump or swelling in a testicle (painless) Pain in a testicle or scrotum Discomfort in a testicle or scrotum A sensation of heaviness in the scrotum A dull ache in the lower back A dull ache in the groin A dull ache in the abdomen A sudden accumulation of fluid in the scrotum Unexplainedtirednessor malaise. These symptoms may not necessarily be caused by cancer. In fact, less than 4% of lumps in the testicles are found to be cancerous. You should not ignore a lump or swelling in the testicle, though. It is important to see your doctor, who can find out what the cause is. In rare cases the man may notice that his breast area is enlarged and tender. His nipples may feel sore and tender as well. This is caused by hormonal changes occurring in his body. Even though testicular cancer can spread to the lymph nodes, it hardly ever travels to other organs. If the cancer does spread, the patient may experience: Coughing Breathing difficulties Swallowing difficulties Swelling in the chest.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news and i HOPE what i'm about to tell you is wrong, but if history is anything to go by then this information is as accurate as far as history and rationale is concerned. 1. MMM will reopen for sure in January like they say but not like most of you are thinking; please before you partake in any form of system or organisation do your research and understand how it works, and where it has worked. 2. MMM will not start paying out all it's frozen mavros immediately come January, This info i have known for a couple of months now (in case it crashes) because MMM has existed in other countries, crashed in those countries, and reopened again, now i'll tell you how they did it there and that's what they'll most likely do here (Nigeria). First and foremost when you say MMM crashed in other countries, it is actually mavros being frozen, not the site shut down or they run away, etc so those saying it hasn't crashed should also agree that it didn't crash in the other countries where this scenario played out, because this is exactly what happened in those places(i know because i have a profile on about 3 other local mmm platforms; RSA, india and China). DON'T BE SCARED YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED. Will your money be refunded?, emphatically yes!!!, but don't think you will GH in January and say bye, this is why; RATIONALE: if you just GH and go who will PH for you to receive?, because in January everyone will be GHing, and in these kind of situations there is no solidarity, no one will be a good samaritan/Guinea pig to give you their money to make you happy, so you already know this is not a very feasible option and Mavrodi (a seasoned Mathematician and Psychologist) knows this, and hence in times past had devised a means to see to it that you come back and trust me you will. So Mavrodi won't let you off that easy, here is how you'll MOST LIKELY be refunded: HISTORY: Get ready for the real RAT RACE, AND MAZE RUNNER2.0. If you are thinking come January you are done with MMM once you GH please have a rethink because you are not: First before you can collect your frozen money you'll have to PH first, i.e to say in January there'll be no GHin only PHing, After you PH you'll get your usual 30% plus an added 10% of what you PHed as part payment of you frozen mavros, and this will continue until all your frozen mavros have been payed, in other words you need to keep PHing till you get your full money back. This singular act is literally the only way to resuscitate the system, and enable you get your money back. if not, there will be no one daring enough to PH in January after this. EXAMPLE: you have 200k of frozen mavros, come january you won't be able to withdraw your 200k directly, you need to pledge, lets say another 100k(it could be any amount actually, but for easy arithmetic) . when you do this you get you normal, 130k + 10k (10% of 100k), now at this point your frozen mavros will be 190k, so you will need to keep PHing until your full 200k is paid. I STILL HOPE I'M WRONG AND THAT THEY HAVE ALTERNATIVE ARRANGEMENTS FROM WHAT THEY'VE DONE BEFORE, BUT THIS IS THE MMM SYSTEM. Pls spread the news. From telegram group The simple way out::::: all participants should PH at least 20,000 now and the freeze will be lifted. (If you don't believe, google search on how MMM reopen frozen mavros in SA) |
