Chai,sorry. I have been in your shoes,I even had to write test that day, getting to school,I didn't get myself because I couldn't sit down . I drank hot water and olive oil mixed together.i later went to the toilet with a loud push,it came out. I also noticed that pregnant care helps me with free bowel movement.once I stop for days,I won't be able to do it.

This is a common symptom of pregnancy, please ask your doctor if you can take bisacodyl, it’s a stool softener, that’s what I take cause my own constipation is out of this world.

Sorry mama, it might be your own pregnancy package. I usually feel pain in my lower side tummy especially while walking a little distance too. Then it always stops on its own, maybe it will stop when you take medication.
