Let me contribute to what's happening here. A month ago funlord contacted me for 400 gns paypal which the payment was made successfully. Few days ago he called me to request for chargeback of the $400, I told funlord chargeback can't be done cause the said account has been limit by PayPal which I showed him the limitations email as proof.

HazzanTazzan I already told the account holder to submit all the required documents, let wait for paypal response.
