Sorry about your loss, just seeing this post. But as a consumer of an amazon giftcards you should know about the risk associated with using amazon giftcards purchased from a third party. Amazon can close any account using giftcard, leave legitimacy out of the equation, even if you buy the cards yourself from the store they can lock your account.

Please put it @ the back of your mind that you are taking a huge risk next time you are buying. If you don't want to suffer any heart break next time, buy with your bank's debit card and let amazon charge you 367 in peace and receive your item without hassles. You requesting for refund is like trying to eat your cake and have it at the same time.

I sell Amazon giftcards too and i will always make sure that whoever is buying knows the kind of risk he or she is taking. I myself use this cards too and i have had sizable portion of issues and losses while using them, i don't hold anybody accountable, because i know the kind of risk i am taking, i knew account will end up getting locked someday, but my target is to enjoy it while it lasts.

Baylam didn't refund you doesn't mean he is fraudulent or his integrity is questionable, refunds are just difficult to make in the business.
Firstly he is not responsible for the mishap you encountered, you just don't understand amazon enough that's why you thought he was the one responsible.

Secondly, he makes 3% profit or less on each card he sells, he must have already paid the supplier of the card, how do you expect him to refund you 50% when he makes just 3% from the money you paid him and there is no supplier that will refund any reseller after a transaction is completed, meanwhile he doesn't know the suppliers offline, all transactions are online. If he is refunding everybody for Amazon issues, don't you think he would been declared bankrupt by now? In honest truth, using of Amazon giftcards is taking a huge risk so you should expect many people having similar complaints as yours after transaction.

Amazon have their reasons for closing or locking accounts that uses giftcards from to make purchases(Reason for that action by amazon is a story for another time) Provision for the risks you are taking is already provided in the subsidized rate you purchased the giftcards, but to be on a saferside if you can't take Amazon hammer, use your debit card next time to make purchases.
