if a website lists a rate ridiculously higher than exchangers rates here, youre getting scammed.

from what ive observed so far, exchangers rates here are normally higher than rates on legitimate exchange websites

The biggest Mumu company I’ve ever seen is PayPal...

They don’t fucking care what happens to the sender or receiver of the funds they tamper with...

Imagine they reversed funds and limited the senders acct ... leaving the sender in debt and you the receiver will keep asking for your cash from the sender ...

It’s really a tricky case ...

It happened to me in January ... 3600$ used to do eBay checkout was all reversed into my PayPal and limited ...

The people I did checkout for contacted me and I explained what happened and showed the proof of the whole thing but it doesn’t change the fact that they needed their naira back...

God helped me as there was “refund” option available on all the funds I received into my PayPal in the past...

I contacted fee people to help me receive a refund of what they had sent to me before, and to help me send to another PayPal... that was how I recovered most of the 3600$ and paid the people I did the failed Chexkout for ....

Even tho I lost some money as few of the people i refunded to started giving me stories ...

I had options and that was why it was easy to refund the cash to those people... if not, I’d just be paying small small overtime and they will accept cos it wasn’t my fault as well...

So ... u need to ask this guy if he’s able to refund some funds on his acct to people he bought from ..”if they people he bought from can be trusted”...


If that option isn’t available, he has to give you a time frame to completely repay you cos you can’t wait for 6 months for refund...
