This allegation against Obi does not hold water. All the three certificates of Obi carry the names of Obi except the GCE that is not having Peter. Obi is a Catholic and may infer that, he wrote GCE b4 he was baptized and that is why Peter is not on the GCE. The Degree and NYSC certificates have the same names. The difference is the arrangement of names. Some institutions start with surname, then first name. While others start in a reverse order
