There's no serious govt in the world that does not operate with TSA

The question you should ask if you are dealing and exchanging views with serious minded people that are using their commonsense.
Bet Tinubu doesn't even understand how and why the TSA came in in the first place.
What he has effectively done is to literarily tell Wike he can print his own receipt booklets or have his own dedicated accounts such that all monies from all sources accruing and entering this new account is effectively only known by Wike or his cronies.
Effectively Tinubu has made Wike not just the governor,but chief accounting officer of FCT.
How anyone can celebrate such absurdity and avenue for corruption beats me.

Fct will not have to send its revenue to the federation account, and can also use same to develop its jurisdiction without stress

I have never personally believed in a single treasury account. As far as i am concerned, it creates unnecessary bottleneck. Tackling Nigeria's problem is more than creation of single account, if it has about the single account, the mind-boggling corruption under Buhari would never have happened.

The situation you described above is not what will happen. The fiscal responsibility act won't allow that. The public procurement act won't allow that also.
There are safeguards against public expenditure mismanagement. The problem is as the government tightens the noose the polithiefcians in collaboration with the civil servant head of MDAs discover new ways to beat the system. Only strong anti corruption institutions will save us a litte....

It's not bad if there's sincerity of purpose. The IPPIS is example of abuse of centralization policy under Buhari due to lack of sincerity of purpose.

Workers are victims of this system failure.

Ngozi Okonjo iweala created TSA, which everybody knows is sorely needed.

Even with that brilliant idea, corruption is still high. They are still crookedly bypassing it.

Now imagine the level of corruption that is going to be reinsitituted with this policy.
It means less and less money available for devt.

before now the fct is own by federal government so all the 36 states revenue is use for the development of fct now fg is not paying abuja any money for development, abuja must develop by itself, they should use their money to develop itself like other state.
