@op. Stop misleading the general public. Everyone doesn't have cancer cell. Am shocked that even with the level of education people are still gullible to believe this rubbish article. I doubt if you have any medical background. (Pathology Basics) BOLLOCKS!!! The Truth: Cancer is a genetic disease resulting from a variety of mutations and alterations either inherited from our parents or, more commonly, acquired over time due to environmental exposures and behaviors, such as smoking and poor diet. These alterations turn off important cell growth regulators allowing cells to continually divide unchecked. Breast cancer is the most common type of cancer in women. Most women who get cancer (80%) are over 50, but younger women, and in rare cases, men, can also get breast cancer. Breast cancer can be prevented from spreading to other parts of the body, if diagnosed and treated early enough. Risk factors and Causes: However, there are risk factors that are known to affect your likelihood of developing breast cancer. Some of these you can't do anything about, but there are some you can change. Previous diagnosis of breast cancer: Anyone with previous history of breast cancer or abnormal cell changes in breast ducts, will have a higher risk of developing it. Sometimes it could be in the other breast or same breast again. Learn More: www.healthguardexpert..com |
Have you been reading about IVF treatment and you can't really figure out what it entails or are you considering having treatment but you seem not to understand the procedure. Here are some useful tips. Pre Treatment Screening Before treatment is initiated you and your partner will have series of test like blood test for hepatitis B and C, HIV, and immunity to rubella. Investigations are done to check the amount of eggs in your ovaries and their quality also called ovarian reserve to give an estimate of how your ovaries will respond to IVF treatment. 4realwoman. Have you seen a gynaecologist. If you have fibroid and it's symptomatic...like the excessive bleeding you are having, then something should be done medically or surgically. As long as your bleeding is not due to other causes like Dysfunctional uterine bleeding --where there is no obvious cause and every other condition that results in abnormal bleeding has been ruled out. See a Gynaecologist. |
@fruitfulvine360. Sorry about your discomfort. What you have described is part of what is called premenstrual syndrome.(PMS). It can also be associated with fibrocystic breast disease where you experience lump in your breast with pain. It is not related to cancer, the lump sometimes moves when you try to push it and shrinks when you finish your period. It is a common complaint, you are not alone. It occurs as a result of fluctuating hormone levels. the female hormones are known to peak during the mid cycle days 14 -28. You have nothing to worry about, provided you have no discharge which is brown or bloody, lumps in only one breast, any changing breast lump or new lump and breast pain that disturbs your daily activity or sleep. You can avoid caffeine, food with plenty fats and salt, alcohol. a week or two before your period. Pain relief medication can also help. You can wear sport bra to support. You can consult your doctor. Hope it helps. Note: You claim it goes away as soon as you start a new cycle You claim it occurs in your mid cycle. |

HPV has been implicated in oral cancer resulting from MouthAction. If you practice MouthAction, here are some useful information you need to know. Most HPV found in the mouth are almost entirely sexually transmitted, so it's likely that MouthAction is the primary source of infection. Some can be passed on through skin-to-skin contact and cause warts like genital warts. Most sexually active people will have been exposed to either high- or low-risk genital HPV types in their life time, but only very few of these people develop visible genital warts. So most of us have been infected, but few are affected. Evidence suggest that, for some oral cancers, risk factors may be linked to sexual behaviour. These risk factors include: ----Ever having MouthAction ----Having MouthAction with four or more people in your lifetime. Read more: www.healthguardexpert..com |
@Redcapchief. Kindly read my post well and edit my ID from your post. I have never and will never prescribe to anyone online. I was only telling her the norm and trying to correct the use of clomid. Even went further suggesting seeing a Gynaecologist. In addition, I tried to check if she misunderstood her Dr. Many Thanks. |
99 billiondollar. Wrongly prescribed. Not to worry. You need to meet with your hubby as regular as possible provided no underlying medical conditions. Hopefully you should be fine. You can read more on how to increase your chances of getting pregnant : www.healthguardexpert..com. Make sure you are seeing a Gynaecologist. Sometimes I recommend taking one tablet once daily for 5 days and if nothing happens then I may request a repeat in the next cycle. And not 10 tablets in one cycle. Or you didn't get the Dr's explanation. Good luck. |
You start clomid on day 2 of the menstrual cycle (day 1 is the first day of the menstrual bleed) and you take one tablet once a day for 5 days. Ovulation usually occurs 5-12 days after the last Clomid tablet. Hope it helps. |
So sad to hear.My empathy goes to the family and the Nation for the loss. Probably heart attack from underlying heart disease. It reminds us that our health is important. How often do you exercise? Your chances of getting pregnant is high if you and your partner are both in good health. Adopting some lifestyle changes may improve your chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy pregnancy. Women with conditions such as pcos, pid, diabetes, asthma, obesity and other problems may have problems getting pregnant. Majority of couples will conceive within one year if they do not use contraception and have sex regularly. Of those who don't conceive in the first year, about half will do so in the second year. Adopting Lifestyle Changes Women trying for a baby should avoid drinking alcohol. If you choose to drink, you should drink no more than one to two units of alcohol once or twice a week. Women are advised to avoid alcohol in the first three months of pregnancy because of the increased risk of miscarriage. Get more tips: www.healthguardexpert..com |
General Misconceptions About Miscarriage An increased risk of miscarriage is not linked to: • The emotional state of the mother during pregnancy, such as being stressed or depressed • Experiencing a shock or fright during pregnancy • Exercising during pregnancy as long as it is within your capability. Cervical screening is not a test for diagnosing cervical cancer. It checks the health of cervix also known as the neck of the womb. It does not pick up all abnormality of the cervix. Although it is not a perfect test, at least it can prevent 75% of cervical cancers. Women aged between 25 and 64 are encouraged to go for screening, but it is more common in women who: . Smoke . First had sex at an early age. . Have had several sexual partners or have had a sexual partner who has had several other partners. For those who have passed menopause, you still need to be tested. Exercise is good for the body and has greater benefits for the mind and mental well-being. Apart adopting healthy lifestyle and eating healthy. Exercise is also important in maintaining good health. I will be covering the health benefits of exercising in this article. Reduced Risk Of Heart Disease By improving your Aerobic fitness (Also called cardiovascular fitness) your heart pumps faster, becomes stronger and more efficient. A strong heart is more resistant to disease and is also under less pressure as it does not have to work as hard to pump blood around the body. Improving your cardiovascular fitness also lowers your blood pressure and increases your HDL cholesterol levels which further protects you from heart disease. Therefore, one of the further health benefits of exercising is a reduced risk of heart disease which results from the improved cardiovascular fitness. Read More: www.healthguardexpert..com |
@tejirikennedy. Are you stressed or feel tired most times? Do you experience chest burn? Do you strain you voice, talk more on phone, strain you voice shouting, singing, speaking for a long time? Do you smoke? Do you experience mucus dropping more at the back of your throat? What you have is most likely...Globus Pharyngeus. Provided you have no problem with eating and drinking and painful swallowing. Hope it helps. |
@painedbro. Please do as you have been asked to do by Xiadnat. You didn't answer my previous question...Have you had any previous history of STI? ( Sexually Transmitted Infection). @just2okworld. PID is caused by STI, unless she was on contraception ( Coil) which could also be a risk factor for PID. She needs to get treated asap as you have been advised before complication sets in. See a Gynaecologist. |
@just2okworld. Your friend needs to visit her doctor. A clinical examination and scan may be required to ascertain what the swelling is. Probably Umbilical Hernia?? Fibroid??. She needs to seek medical attention without delay. @painedbro. Just the mere fact that you have no rash or discharges doesn't rule out STI (Sexually Tramsmitted Infection). Do you feel pain while urinating? Has the number of times you urinate increased than usual? Have you done any laboratory test (Urine test, Swab, Blood test). Do you feel pain in your scrotum?. Do you smoke? Are you Diabetic? How has your health been generally prior to the hot sensation? Have you had STI in the past that was treated? Oasoremi. From what you have described, having changes in cycle or flow is not out of place. Hormone changes, Stress , Contraceptives could be a cause. Chances that you are approaching menopause is very low, unless there is history of early menopause in your family. Keep calm and watch for the next flow and cycle. Hope it helps. |
@cinon. Ectopic pregnancy is confirmed by scan or laparoscopy. Bleeding from Ectopic could be fatal if it ruptures and could lead to emergency surgery. If your scan result reveals ectopic then you need monitoring, medication to bring the pregnancy to an end and final option is surgery. If you are feeling faint and dizzy, shoulder tip pain usually when lying down, then it means the ectopic is causing internal bleeding. Summary, If you are already diagnosed with ectopic, don't assume implantation bleeding. What comes to mind should be rupture because even when it implants in the fallopian tube, end result is still a rupture. Go for a scan to make sure its not as I have stated above. Best way to confirm cause of bleeding, spotting is to go for check...Scan. Because ectopic bleeding starts and stops. ( Bright red or Dark Red) |
