.the hacker just called me now that it was my ex girlfriend that sent my details to him to hack and damage my image but he felt pity because he saw important documents on my account which might be useful to me

your best bet here try and report to fbk that your account has been compromised they would ask you a few questions
if satisfied they would take the account down,
tell your family and friends to ignore any request for financial assistance From fbk
people like to click on pictures that was probably how your account was hacked
or the person is very close with you or has someone who knows you working from insider

Chai....You can get your account back sir but first of all clear your phone or you system. Delete cahce and cookies,uninstalled and reinstall some softwaare or app then message facebook attache the screenshot of their message.Just go to their report page and report the hacker activities and the account will be brought down. You can later reactivate it with fb cc guidance and assistance,the earlier the better.

He just called me now with this number 08145413643 asking me to send him #50,000 to return all my account to me

This is the number he changed my facebook number to 07011335407
