Yes u can use the New name to register for her A1 exam so far it reflect on her international passport and also if her name is changed on her international passport but u used her maiden before to register for appointment, she should go along with the old passport with her maiden name used to register and d new passport which shows her new name to the embassy. For registration you go to .
Goethe institut lagos then click on
German exams , then click on
Adults (start deutsch 1)
A page will come up scroll down a bit u see EXAM DATES
A1 start Deutsch
click on 09.11.2021
Then click on book
then u start ur registration. Fill in ur data and others requirements there.
But u have to be online , the registration start 9am on dot and closes few mins.

But once you already fill ur data with mein goethe.de all ur informations will come up once u open that bookable page u just press confirm.

Goethe exam is on the 9th of November and the registration is on the 12 of this October which is next week Tuesday, registration starts 9 am.
