i do not think there is a problem. i do not ejacuate under exam tension, but i remeber a situation happen that was similay to yours once. i was playing a computergame (Mortal Combat) and i had been the champion, and was boasting that no one could win me, then a boy about ten said he will beat me.
when we started playing, before i knew what was happening he had beaten me up. i  started struggling with the game. by the time we finished the game i won but i just felt i had to go to the toilet. by the time i pulled my boxers, i discovered i Had ejaculated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
