harry2sexy:That is the narrative that the propaganda machinery of the APC sold to gullible Nigerians. The press is complicit in selling that narrative. Some of us are professionally affiliated with the media, and we know exactly how the media can be used or misused in furtherance of certain narrow interests. Truth is that corruption is a Nigerian problem, not a Jonathan government problem or a PDP or APC problem. We have to take corruption as a given. The key thing is competence to deliver some level of good governance In spite of corruption. That is where Buhari is sorely lacking. The incompetent old fool has never managed anything successfully in his life, so what we have now is pure corruption worsened by incompetence. Unless you're living under a rock, you would have heard about the monumental corruption going on today, right under this very government. Most of it is even unreported in the media, and those that manage to leak in the press go unpunished by Buhari. And even worse, the little funds available after much has been stolen by Buhari and his people are not used well due to stark incompetence of the man and his cabinet members. So what's the point really? |
Rubbish. This brain dead idiot that does not even know the content of the so-called speech he merely recited to fulfil all righteousness. He has no idea what he is talking about, so only starry eyed simpletons would take him seriously. 10. As the 2019 electioneering period draws nearer, Buhari counselled politicians to avoid exploiting ethnicity and religion, cautioning that such attitude must be avoided in order to promote harmony.Just look at this extremist Islamic/Fulani pig who rode on the back of murderous ethnic and religious fanaticism to unfairly take over power? Shebi it was out of fear that innocent "dogs and baboons [from the South] shall be soaked in blood" that Jonathan gracefully (but foolishly) allowed you to stampede him out of Aso Rock? Na devil go punish you. Idiot. The same ethnic and religious sentiments that brought you to power would be used against you to force you out of that seat that you don't deserve. Nonsense. |
cigie:Maybe for those of you who were misguided and confused by cheap propaganda, there was no better choice. Sensible and objective people then knew that Buhari was not even an option. But even the biggest onuku (didirin) (mumu) today would know, with benefit of hindsight, that Jonathan was a far, far, far better choice than an idiot without verifiable education and with a track record of unproductivity, Islamic and ethnocentric bigotry and intellectual insufficiency. The indices were very clear. By any and every objective parameter. |
Doyin2:These adjectives fit you better than anybody else here. You're such a useless human being; Useless to yourself, useless to your family, useless to your Afonja tribe, and even useless to the Buhari and APC that you're desperately trying to defend this new year. Anyone who still defends Buhari and the APC in spite of the unquantifiable evidence of colossal incompetence and failure is not fit to live among normal human beings. |
It's my first post online this new year so let me put aside my grievances for a short while and confess abundant positivity... Blessings and favours and outstanding results shall 'follow' us this year. Whether Buhari and his government performs well or not, we shall be immune to Nigeria's economic and social vagaries. We shall prosper in spite of the prevailing gloom. We shall stay safe and protected in spite of the widespread insecurity. We shall be hale and healthy and of impeccable health in body, mind and spirit in spite of the general malaise. In the midst of the unending crises and turmoil in Nigeria and the world at large, we shall exist within an oasis of good fortune, peace and happiness. By the Supreme force of the powers governing the heavens, the Earth, and the entire universe, these 2018 outcomes are signed, sealed, and delivered - and shall extend to our nearest and dearest. AMEN. |
magzey:If you truly hate corruption, then you would hate Buhari more than the devil. Unless you're confused about the meaning of corruption. What is going on now is worse than corruption. It is blatant stealing (Jonathan was right), combined with malicious incompetence and nurtured by perpendicular bigotryocracy. Nigeria has never had it so bad at any point in our history. Not even under Abacha and Babangida combined was it this bad. So yes, we also hate corruption, that's why we hate Buhari. We hate him even more because his own corruption is reinforced by incompetence and bigotry. |
kaymandak:Says a hungry APC scallywag like you....wasting saliva rambling up and down without saying anything meaningful. Moving the country forward how exactly? By appointing dead people to serve as ministers during the next cabinet reshuffle? You zombies are pathetic. Because of some dirty crumbs rationed out to malnourished cows like you, you are shamelessly selling your conscience and calling black white. Useless idiots. |
Chief custom officer no dey get name? Crime no dey get location wey e happen? Hope it's not fake news? |
michlins:E for better say motor jam you for road that day on your way to vote for Buhari. |
Losing hope? Which kind of yeye present continuous tense is this one?The vast majority of reasonable Nigerians never had any hope in this useless man called Buhari. The tiny bit of hope held by misguided and gullible Nigerians has since been lost. As in past tense LOST. |
Nope. We don't want Adenuga's greasy, incompetent hands on 9mobile abeg. Globacom is one of the worst managed companies in Nigeria. It's even over-valued in my opinion... If not for Adenuga's bottomless pit of money courtesy of his cash cow (the lucrative Conoil OMLs), Globacom would have since gone under. Woeful company woeful corporate governance, woeful management woeful network. |
Just negodu. This shouldn't surprise anyone. Coming from a senile idiot whose brain is still stuck in the early 1980s. A man who still refers to 'West Germany' to this day and who absent-mindedly addresses Osibanjo as 'Tunde' (thinking that the long deceased Tunde Idiagbon is still his deputy). |
You're the kind of guys (and they are getting too many these days) who give women mouth to talk anyhow and form nonsense. All these beta men. No wonder some girls these days dey follow man drag trouser. |
Ugosample:.. It's the plain truth. Some of us have studied the employment space and the labour market in general and it is a big joke really. You see women who barely know their left from their right prancing around in different plum jobs, courtesy of unfair recruitment processes. Guys that are vastly more competent than these bimbos don't even get a look-in, except they are highly connected. In a fair labour market where pure merit is the only entrée, men would get 95% of the economically viable jobs (in Nigeria at least). But women unfairly get these jobs and then turn around to form "career women" (yeah right) and taunt the deprived and better qualified males as "jobless". It's a sick joke. Try to call any of the customer service centres of banks, telecom companies, etc and most time if a female operator answers the call, she has no idea what she's doing and can hardly solve your problem. Most of the time, I hang up once it's a female voice and try back until a guy picks. Career women indeed. |
Daeylar:Your work is to please men. Not the other way round. I don't know why this is so difficult to accept. If you don't like this social norm as it is in African society, why not STAY THE Bleep SINGLE and please yourself? It's quite disgusting how you women are always the ones mounting pressure on men to get married (because you biologically, emotionally, financially, culturally, and socially need marriage more than men), yet you can't accept the simple conditions attached to it. Why not kuku remain bitter old single women and leave marriage alone? I'm sure there are sperm banks these days, go and buy sperm and impregnate yourself and have your baby all by yourself. This is quite simple. Don't look for an unsuspecting man to be with, so that you would later unleash the disgruntled and nagging 'equality' bitch in you. Men most cheat, that's for sure, because your pussy and company isn't what would sustain us for a lifetime. This is non-negotiable. Men would lord over you and you're expected to be submissive to them, yes! These are facts of nature. You can't change them. If you don't like this, abeg stay on your own and leave marriage alone. Don't go and lure one innocent man into marriage whom you would eventually frustrate and kill with your disgruntled 'liberated' attitude. |
Xisnin:Well many of the "jobless" youths of today are in that situation because the jobs meant for them are unfairly allocated to women who are mostly comparatively less qualified and less competent. No thanks to bottom power and the so-called gender equality movement. At least those days, men got the jobs because men always need the jobs more. |
WHOcarex:When the time is right dem no dey tell person. Na your body go tell you when you're a divorced, hopefully childless and perpetually bitter old wrench at age 50+. |
dafeyankee:It's not Goodluck Jonathan reacting. It is Reno Omokri, and I agree entirely with him, by the way. |
ikaboy:So merely because a random girl claims that a person raped her, you automatically believe her even without any evidence to that effect? Your daughters would be very proud of you for being as shallow as most girls are. |
AmTruth:Idiot. In spite of the glaring evidence of misgovernance staring you in the face, you still prefer to clutch at straws in the futile search for Buhari's "achievements"! Some of you are so shameless that you're not worthy to be treated as human beings. |
And the evidence is? Having witnessed what some girls can do firsthand, I prefer to see concrete evidence before judging these kinds of matters. If the only evidence is "because the girl said so", then I'm afraid there is no case. |
Add three zeros to 17, and you'll get the total number of failures this Daura animal 'achieved' this year. Anuofia. |
Hippocrates everywhere. Why una dey update una phones and apps? Why una to stick to the old version? They want women to work so they can assist with bills. Saying, its not easy these days for a man to handle the responsibilities alone. But ask them to assist with house chores, you are a feminist. Ask them to treat you with respect, you are demanding equal right.
