You maybe right cos that's the trend nowadays where we have heads of parastatals giving politicians appointment slots just to cover their shady deals but again it's not new to the ears that people can be shortlisted without actually getting appointment letters..YES!! In such a situation they are not in the payroll and haven't started work yet due to lack of funds. |
