It was the point we were before where local government had autonomy but for lack of transparency and corrupt practices, where money were just being shared at the local government or creation of some bogus project to embezzle money, hence the joining of their account to that of state government so the governor can be a regulator.
What we now have is the governors using the money themselves at their own discretion for whatever purposes at the detriment of the LGA.

Lets hope n pray the regulatory bodies get better and do their jobs
