I worked in Zenith HR, entry level is now N75k and no assurance of confirmation or full staff for years
GTB has very few permanent staff at entry level, most are contract workers who get less than N100k and are just managing. Skye Bank, Enterrise Bank, these banks have people on their pay for less than N50k basic. Rest might be commission. Bank pay is currently not very attractive.
