Mexense: Hello,
I'm in search for a person, group of persons or organisation to finance a LPO of up to a million naira from a reputable packaging solutions company.
If you are capable and interested please leave a message and I will contact you.
Please note, the LPO is in my company name and your take away interest will be 15% over a 2 month period.
time wasters and scam artists save it. You will be sniffed out quicker than the speed of light.
Thanks. Contract should be mutually beneficial to both parties involved and not one sided as your post suggests. Also have it at the back of your mind that you're the party searching for an investor and not the other way round. |

lukman22: I had a pathetic story on this houlage biz, thou am nt given up yet. I bought a 30ton 10tyer open bucket truck last year ( july 2013).fairly used from Minna,Niger state.the first month after fixing the recommended problems on the truck with total servicing and the driver started work it knocked Engine at benin on there way from Abakaliki to lagos with full load. Was towed to mechanic after handover,d crankshaft were cut from standard to 10 and all d nessacery parts changed .After 3days of running the Engine at the workshop, dey set out for work and it knocked again.so I got angry and bought a direct Belgium Engine and d engine wahala stopped. Then comes the issue of over heating and the truck keep shuttling down to mechanic for correction.wen we had it fixed, the axale starts it own.had it fixed and compressor, power steering starts. After all these, tyer blowout starts. I changed almost 6tyers in 2months.And don't 4get,all this problems cost thousands of money even a small bolt is nt less than 1k.But I still believe there is still a ray of light at the end of the tunnel. For a month Nw,things seems yo have stablise a bit.No major stories Nw. Still hoping for Gud.So what I have to say abt trucking biz is that,it does not go the way it was planned sometimes.but wen things click,u can male gud money from it. I have a dream of increasing the fleet to 4 b4 Dec 2017. Make una wish me luck oooo Every business has risk(s), some may be less while some may be more. It's the ability manage business risks properly that often culminate into success. Do you manage the truck yourself? |

detops: we take care of repair from 20k below while the owner take rest for weekly return. but for hire purchase, you have no risk. the collector will take care of all the repair, becos it is hire purchase. thanks Are there proof that shows that the amount of repairs is over 20k? The investor might likely spend lots of money on repairs because the burden would more likely be transferred to the owner under the pretext that repairs is above 20k. What are the ROI for hire purchase and normal rent per week? Does your company insure the tippers (dump trucks) against potential risks that can be foreseen? |
Investment › Re: What Investment To Make With 2.5 Million Naira by Heleex: 8:44am On Sep 14, 2014 |
detops: the 10 tons cost N2.5M with the complete bucket and everything, just to register it and start using immediately. while the 30 tons cost N7.1M with the bucket and tyres. if the truck is with us, we pay the driver and the motor boy and do a little expenses on the services which is still going to be very little as the truck is TOKUNBO not Nigeria used. your is receiving your money every week or monthly returns. You've elaborated to an extent. Then who takes care of repairs? What steps will be taken to cover prospective investors from any possible risks? N.B: Potential investors should have a second thought before making investment decisions. Don't get easily carried away by the return on investment, try to do your research and verify. |
Investment › Re: Investors Needed For Stocking An E-commerce Startup by Heleex: 10:38pm On Sep 12, 2014 |
Negro1: Good day all, my team and I are launching an e-commerce soon, October precisely. However like most startups, we are faced with insufficient startup capital. But we can't let this stop us, therefore we have devised a way to by-pass this problem after being turned down by investors who will only invest in existing business, which is understandable. (I was even stood up by a supposed investor once.)
We believe in our idea and with the innovations we'll be bringing into the industry, in terms of pricing, logistics and delivery, customer service etc, we'll definitely shoot up in record time. We also have plans to expand to other countries in Africa, Europe and Asia in a few years time.
We need more money than we have if we are to make a stamp at kick-off, because we'll be going up against established competitors whose advertising warchest may be double or triple the worth of our startup, to this end we need investors who will partner with us in the stocking our warehouse. Here's how it works:
You (the investor) pick an investing option based on your financial strength, we'll link you up with the suppliers we have and will still identify, you can either keep them with you, and we'll come cash-in-hand whenever we receive an order for a product you have ( you have to live in lagos ) or let us keep the products in our warehouse, and we'll pay you either daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly depending on your choice ( You must at least have a representative that lives in Lagos )
Why we chose this option as against taking the monies directly is that it provides more security, as you'll have control over the products, if you choose to keep them. And it'll make it easier for you to trust us.
At launch we'll floating 10 categories of products ranging from fashion to books and media and we'll need at least N1m to stock our online store.
The financing options are as follows: N200,000 N170,000 N150,000 N100,000 N70,000 and N50,000.
All investors will also have to commit an additional N5,000 which will be added to the advertising budget we have, the N5,000 will however be returned at an agreed time.
If you are a supplier, importer or a manufacturer, you can also join in.
If you have any questions, you can post them here.
Once we have reached our target we'll host all potential investors to a lunch where we'll show our business plan and proposal.
Thanks. If you think you have a great business plan, then why not source for loan from the bank and keep it rolling. |
