aswani: Apologies if my post read heavy handed or personal, baba.
Whilst the fighting on the streets is wrong as you stated, when Èyo is beng "carried", people need to stay at home. A lot of people do, Mainland people know the Island is "tread carefully" or even a no go area for the day not to talk of those on The Island.
Unless you are referring to non Ẹyọ days sha. People have the guts to fight in Lagos streets because they don't get arrested. For the fact that they always use dangerous weapons, it shouldn't have been tolerated. Eyo day or not |

aswani: Anyone with an atom of sense should be aware of local customs and do all they can do stay on the right side of it.
Growing up, even without the Internet, we knew even Eyo would be "carried", even as children, we knew we had to be careful on that day with out movements.
I have seen broken glasses on cars, severe beatings etc whilst watching from a distance, I also know the people that suffered such would have more sense for next time.
Not all Ẹyọ's will let you bribe them for disrespecting their festival which I think some believe will happen.
Stay your butt at home and respect local customs to avoid stories that touch. My comments is about fighting on the street which is common in Lagos state. You hardly see such in other countries. |

Of the 500k votes available in Sokoto state, Peter Obi only got 5,000 votes. A Presidential candidate for that matter. Funnily, you people believed that Peter Obi won in Lagos and Abuja, places easy to be rigged but no, it's other places which are difficult you have been alluding rigging in the 2023 election Like the principal, like his supporters, una confusion is raised to power 16 |

May be Atiku as a political heavyweight but you see Peter Obi, he is a featherweight politician in Nigeria. Currently, his strength is only in his region. Other regions that might be sympathetic, his supporters have abused all of them |

Moving from pillar to post.
This guy is just wasting his time away thinking other tribe will vote him again. Peter Obi should be named the most confused politician in Nigeria. He always contradict his own political ideology He wouldn't mind joining/associating with those he casted in the past. Saint Obi for that matter, a man sent from Pluto to come and rescue Nigeria

Godfullsam: Truth be told, you and yarimo don really collect for nairalanders hand. Especially those saddists called obidients who don't like to respect other people's opinions.
But why do you like to support balablu blindly? I know balablu has done some few things that deserve commendations such as the subsidy removal, proposed local government autonomy, proposed creation of date police, Lagos Calabar coastal road, student loan etc.
But you are notorious for supporting and commending even the bad things he has done.
