This is less about community and more about laws and the Judicial system.

If the laws, Judicial system, policing institutions are strong and mostly incorruptible, they will shape communities into what they should be.

There is no anti -religious extremism law in Nigeria,. Although there are other laws that can be used to prosecute these people, those laws were not drafted with religious extremism in mind, and so they're less effective.

If those who are in the position of what you listed shared same ideology, how do you expect sincere prosecution?

Some months ago, I already said it that as long as you are close to Apc campaign events, there are things to benefit.

When Kwankwanso was Kano state governor, the sharia he created destroyed so many alcohol bottles, while Obi in his own case invested Anambra state money in hero beer.
