My own curiosity is, have they given up in convincing those they are attacking? At least one or 2 of them are plus.

Modular refineries will make price of fuel fall drastically.

Do you know that same Dangote you hailed will sell fuel at #2,000 a liter if he gets the monopoly of the market he is seeking?
