Registration of new political parties is too late

Besides government project which south east governors are competivly developing their respective states , do you know how many housing projects, hotels etc individuals are completing everyday in south east? Why not ask yourself why development in south wast states like oyo , Ogun, Ondo , ekiti osun is stalled? There are so much brown roofs in these south wast states cause they have all relocated to Lagos and the ones left are too poor to demolished and rebuild houses built in the 50s , south west states are stalled not south east , sometimes you guys who talk like this about SE have not even been there to see things for yourself you are holding on to propaganda

Bro , leave sentiments apart, leave politics apart, shun tribe. There are rich people in South East who will prefer to invest outside their region. The question is why? The development in South East states are mostly by government, I am talking about business, investment wise by the indigenes

If it is structural development,the East is next to non apart from the favored federal govt projects almost always allocated to other regions,for obvious reasons since the civil war.
If it is human resource development, they south east is even towering above others.
If it is economic development,the south east have done great. less you forget,south east has the most developed ruler areas in sub saharan Africa.
So when you say,the south east should develop their region,it is confusing and vague.

Villages in South East are more developed than the city and in both no serious business activities going on there.

Those big mansions in the villages, what economic benefits are they giving to the people living around?

Off the top of my head, I can't see how you can get to Otta from Abeokuta through the expressway.

I guess you go from Kútọ heading towards Ṣágamu and turn right at some point to come out at Papalanto. Surely they can't go all the way to Lagos first and then cut across to Lagos Agege expressway.

As for the Ijebu Remo Eish, It's none of other regions in the state whether their candidate for governorship is Remo or Ijebu same way as Egba and Owu. Remo and Ijebu are one politically in Ogun state, that's how those who are not from there see it same way they see Egba and Owu as one. Gov DA who is from Reno is currently using their 8 years slot. It's time for other regions outside Ijebu/Remo

Land is more expensive in South East compared to other regions. Fact

60% of the land have been acquired by the Igbo's billionaires without having intentions of using it or to sell. They only want to add it to family glory.

20% of the land are family heritage which must be preserved..

Igbo's should look into that and see if there won't be changes in developing their region even if they are not relocating permanently

Nigeria has been receiving dignitaries from across the globe since President Tinubu became the president which most of their visits are based on business/investment

If those who are sponsoring/financing them are not arrested, this is a pure waste of time

Some Nigerians have been doing that robbery in Ghana for quite sometime.
