GNI and Akinlade are both from Ogun West. Are they also in line with Yayi as governor in 2027 in Ogun state because if the answer is No, why should other region in the state support his candidacy when the political gladiators from his own region are not on his side

Politics is local. Online paid campaign won't do much much if you are not grounded locally

That is not the issue here!

The question I am asking is simple::

Can you teach your kids or younger ones that a party primary election in Nigeria (especially the bigger parties) truly indicates the popularity or acceptability of a candidate among Nigerians?

Just answer and stop jumping about the place.
May be when you answer my questions, I might consider answering yours

Bro, how is it even logical to suggest that contesting in a primary election where dollars and not acceptability determines the winner is how you measure popularity?...

Even in the next lifetime, a contest where 20 to 30 thousand dollars are shared per delegate could never be a measure of popularity!
You ought to be smart enough to know this.
Did anyone force Peter Obi to join a Party where dollar could rain during primary election?

Chai, new Nairaland with less stress from reading the negative comments from those opposition supporters.

My first comment, the person below me is the only visible comments I can see on this thread so far. I so like it like that

Those with negative remarks on development news can start discussing with themselves. For days now, they don't even need to attack me, let them just sound incoherently on topics, attack or insult other members. No time to be seeing such kind of negativity.

Yayi will break records here, he will be the first Governor from Ogun west senatorial district since 1999
Are you aware that there is also a region like Yewa ( Badaru as DG under OGD , the current DG to Abiodun is also from Yewa ( which are yet to produce ordinary Deputy governor not to talk of the governor for the state? I am talking about the Imala Area. The Imalians minority in the state is in the same level with Yewa people.

Are you also aware that from Ogun East which is Ijebu and Remo, only Remo have produced the governors and the deputy, Ijebu are yet to have a taste.

If the Yewa want to be claiming of never tasted the governor of the state before, so as those listed above

it's time for Ogun west senatorial district to produce the governor of Ogun State.
That it's time for Ogun West region to produce the governor of the state, yes I agree , infact, I have no issue but Yayi. Hell No

That's too disrespectful. The main duty of the lawmakers or senators is to oversight federal government projects. Both Lagos Ibadan expressway and Sango Ota to his own Yewa axis which are federal roads, please what oversight has he done for those roads to still be in dilapidated even though they have awarded the contracts for those same roads severally
PoliticsOGUN 2027: Yayi And His Online Supporters by helinues(op): 7:47am On Mar 19
Someone mentioned me on a thread this morning regarding some state assembly members endorsing Yayi as the next Ogun state governor.

That endorsement is actually funny because what's the guarantee that those state assembly can win their own reelection?

Every election is local, Yayi is from Yewa, a minority region in Ogun state which it's the Ogun central people that have been controlling their politics for decades.

Yayi can't be a Federal lawmaker and a Senator for over 2 decades in one state and suddenly remember to be a governor of another state? That's disrespectful and insulting

This same Yayi, what achievements or personal projects does he have in the state? Who are the beneficiaries of any of his empower programs who are youths and not affiliated to any political party?

Hahahah they want to force rubbish on us

That Yayi is somehow close to President Tinubu don't mean President Tinubu can tell the people of the state what to do. Infact, president Tinubu can't even put mouth in Ogun state next election because it get so many reasons why he can't.

If a president Obj, past governors from the state are struggling to have political relevancy after service, then the online supporters of Yayi should try and pay attention to the politics of Ogun state. It's more complicated than you think

CelebritiesRe: Why Some Nigerian Celebrities Go Broke After Fame (and The Ones Who Don’t) by helinues: 5:41pm On Mar 17
It's a bit complicated.. Honestly

Having money without fame is still maintaining as it means you know what you are doing

But you see money with fame for people who are unprepared, the euphoria always let them get carried away. They see themselves as if they have arrived, they don't need anyone's input in critical decisions.

Oritse Femi is a good reference. With such fame , money unexpected, you still go wasted money on lavish wedding on Olosho. Hahah he no try

That christian percecution narration, It took me good 2 days before responding to any of the topic. We are talking about USA and Trump in particular making allegations.

I had to pay attention to the arguments from the opposition supporters before drafting just 3 questions from their epistle which they cook answer till today.

The rest is a story not just with Nigerians expectations but globally.

Check where USA have shown interest in any of their sectors and see their tactics.

Just some months ago, Namibia rejected $1bn health aids from USA because of the conditions. USA want to have access to some natural resources in the country and secondly, they want to have the record of their citizens health database.

Imagine condition for helping
