I trust you are all doing well. I submitted a bank certification letter (on my personal account) when I applied for the FSWP last year. I have since started a business and would like to submit this business account when an updated POF is requested. I moved most of the funds to start this business and my personal account is not well funded but the business account is. I have all the business registration documents. Will this be a problem?

Kindly advise.

Hello Gurus,

I applied for FSWP 2014. In the liabilities section, I did not state a certain loan amount as part of my liabilities because there is debate regarding the loan amount owed. So I did not know what amount to put there. I am yet to meet the creditors and agree what the loan amount really is and come up with a repayment plan. Do you think this could affect my application? I need your advice? Thanks.
