I am used to dry ginger. But from what I saw online, fresh ginger is packed in 13.6 kg box (30lbs)

A 40kg bag will give you about 3 box.

Thank you for the swift response, I WS told that fresh ginger are exported in palettes not bags to avoid spoilage.
