Olayetan:ok, but I don't know anything about crypto, so I will Google and see if that is feasible because my freedom means the world to me. |
Tokskob2008:My boss is a gentleman, he is not bullish or thuggish nor mingle with thugs. I'm sure he will pay without blinking. My fear is how to collect the money anonymously. Because the man is highly connected, has Governors has friends, DSS HQ on speed dial etc. It's not blackmail because I won't publicize the info. I have no intention of doing that. I'm a gentleman myself. |
SportsHD:I don't feel entitled to his money except the salary I worked for. But I feel entitled to collect hush money after seeing him rough banging a staff in the office. That rare information should be worth plenty na. No wonder sometimes I see that girl walking funny at work, my instincts were right after all, but just didn't know it was our company Jagaban CIC himself ![]() |
Tokskob2008:As if you don't know that office romance is the new normal in companies, especially wealthy corporations in Lagos. My boss is banging a CRM staff. All those MDs and Chairman, Directors and co, is that not what most of them are doing now? |
MarketDispatch:He is stingy towards male staffers but can move heaven and Earth for the females employees with big bum and pretty face. He gives guys lazy tips but sends females on Dubai trips ![]() |
Hashabiah:My worry exactly. He is well connected. But the devil inside my head is telling me to be a divergent and think outside the box. Well, i have been thinking about it and all scenarios in my head so far leads inside a prison box ![]() |
yuping:We don't know each other. I'm just another regular 60K employee in his staff pond. |
Deffjam:true story |
Fulaniherdmens:I'm yet to make a decision. That's why I'm seeking advice. I'm not siphoning. That's stealing. This is more like willing hush money type of thing like in the movies |
Brainard22:50 million naira |
First off, I want to know, under some peculiar circumstances, is "blackmail" legal? And does this thing below qualify as "blackmail"? Secondly, I'll make it short. My boss is extremely wealthy, and I noticed he loves his wife like crazy, as in although in his sixties, he dotes over her like that teenage boy in Sounds of Music singing, I am 17 going on 18... But recently I caught him cheating a couple times with one hot chick like that. As in sex, wild, animalistic, passionate sex. They didn't see me, they don't know I know what I know that they know is going on between them. I have picture and video evidence, clear as spring water coming out of a rock. So now, I have to confess, blackmail has crossed my mind like a 1000 times already, and Christmas is around the corner. But my good side is telling me NO, no matter how I try to explain to Captain Nice guy. My bad side is telling me I better not listen to that goody goody loser in my head, and be a smart man to cash out and not a stupid good-for-nothing fool that wastes this opportunity. I'm not the greedy type and thinking like 50 million is ok, because the man is very wealthy, he wouldn't even feel it at all. That's like flex money on a regular owanbe Saturday. It will be like taking one bucket of water out of Oniru beach. His bank account won't notice something left. No harm done, no physical contact, no crime or stuff like that. Just a minor random anonymous text of, "I know what you did last summer" with a short video clip evidence of 5 secs. It will be a 1 off, 1 time thing, hit and run, I won't go back and re-demand again ever and just delete it. I have no real intention of exposing anything, the wife is too nice and he's not a bad guy either. Just a fake harmless threat. He will never want his lovely wife to know. I am super sure of that. He will rather throw that girl from Lagos to Senegal like an Olympic javelin gold winner than see his wife get hurt over his fling. Anyway, the word blackmail is like too extreme. I actually mean hush money, or non-disclosure payment. But I 100% love my freedom and don't want to step 1 foot inside any horrible dirty-dungeon 9ja police cell for any offence. So if you're going to advice me to demand the hush money like the evil alter ego voice in my head, please advice on how to collect it (cash or transfer) and escape too without getting exposed or caught. Or should I just continue with my current status quo and drink my garri in peace this Christmas? I don't have a girlfriend presently, so there's no pressure to impress anyone during the yuletide season, but I'm tired of window shopping ![]() |
lavenjcrown:I have a home with someone I take care of and responsible for. |
Yaks02:Just do a Google search for their website. Their office is at Maryland mall Ikeja |
Lexusgs430:I already pay house rent as I already have my own accommodation. The company I work for gave me accommodation because my house is too far from office so I can't accept the job on a 60k salary. I still go to my own apartment like every other weekend |
SALIMAN:I'm in Lagos. Lagos has a hell of traffic a lot of times |
Kemight15:I haven't gotten the car yet, but have been selected for it. You can find more info on them by Google searching for Moove Africa |
GboyegaD:Thank you. Advice noted |
Olayetan:Thank you so much. This is the kind of comment with experience I'm looking for. Please what are the pros and cons of driving to own with moove. Can you explain the slavery part especially |
wunmi590:The car is not owned by me. The company, Moove is providing it. Moove is Uber's biggest partner in Africa I think. So it's kind of like hire purchase but not your regular type. This one is well structured, planned and organized. But my fear is can I make enough doing only Uber? Because the whole stuff could last like 3 year or so. |
lavenjcrown:Lol, I'm not married.........................yet ![]() |
greatbaba:Uber is 12 hours and then 8 hours compulsory break I think. Can't really remember so well because it's been years ago I did it as a side hustle. |
crossbreedwears:The whole thing is sketchy at this point. I don't have enough details as I am yet to go to their office. I need to go to be even sure it's still the brand new 2016 corolla being offered because I noticed they are also giving out innoson manual hatchbacks recently on the island and I don't want that, and a driver I asked on the road said those ones are not drive to own. So the whole thing is confusing for now. I was hoping I could find someone who has experience doing their 2016 corolla option |
IgiveLadiesBj:Thank you very much for your candid advice. I'm not the lazy type. Your screenshot is Bolt. That's the advantage with an independent Uber contractor. You can combine Uber and Bolt. But for this one, I can only drive for Uber. Can I make this kind of earnings driving Uber alone without Bolt? Thank you again |
sonssyo:Thanks for the advice. Please like how much can one earn in a month driving to own with Moove Uber, considering they will also be deducting their own money for the car payment? Because I'm a family man, so I need to be sure I can still cater for my home |
Moderators please help me get to front page so I can get broader advice from here, thanks. Lalasticlala Mynd44 |
Hello ladies and gentlemen, please I need your advice urgently. Currently employed on a 60K monthly salary with accommodation. But sometime ago I applied for Moove Uber before I started my current job and now they reached out to me with congratulations that I have been selected for their drive to own Uber stuff and I should come finalize and pick up the car, that it's ready with current batch. I applied for the Moove then because it was the brand new 2016 Corolla and that was something I felt would be worth giving it a shot and doing it. But now I have a job doing and it's sort of stressful and very demanding, however, the Uber job will be stressful too, right? I want to know from those with the experience with Moove Uber, is it worth trying for drive to own, can someone cope from start to finish, is it a feasible venture or another pipe dream? Should I quit my job for this or remain on my job? I don't want to make a mistake. Please advice me. Thank you |
