The best candidate don't appears too perfect or fully refined.

ITbomb:
There's this practice I've found very effective ie holding your breath

When you hold your breath, everything about you seems to come to a standstill and you feel your body being lifted while anticipating the next rush of air.
Even when I experience an embarrassing erection, all I do is hold my breath and my body refocus

This is even more practical then the OP's epistle.

Not all erections comes as a result of lustfull thoughts.
Sometimes it's just your body reacting to metabolism.
That explains why you always wake up with an election.

This is one of the best 45 minutes we've had in a long time.

Awesome

This match is trickey. Barcelona with more of possession and Chelsea with more goal on target.
The best game for Chelsea in the second half should be defensive and rely on a counter attach. Cos an away goal for Barcelona would see Chelsea out of the champion's league.

I'm concerned about tonight champion's league. Barcelona don't disappoint me.

Now that I am here, I sincerely have nothing to say.
