Indigeneship,; most M.B.B.S have seen offered admission have been from the School's catchment area-The North-central e.g Kogi etc. So its a great determining factor(all have also scored above 80(not on d mark bt above).

This is a very good question...The thing is,the JAMB doesnt really matter to them as long as your score is/more than the required cut off...But the post Jamb? It matters a great deal..So I THINK d "86%" has a better chance!
