Do you have distinction with those scores? DE admission is very competitive everywhere, you know you're going to join 200lv class.

Admission is highly competitive here in Nigeria. When I made research online, you need to see the number of applicants with good grades that are competing for limited space. Hence, it has almost turned to a "black market".

I tried FUNAAB last year with distinction but fell through. In order to increase my chances of getting university admission this year; I entered for UTME plus DE...

As for those asking for cutoff... ilorin doesnt release officially, I dont know about this year though. But the Engr students were told during their screen last year that the general cutoff for last year was 50, only that of chemical engr was placed at 55.

Please, I have a friend who chose psychology and scored 64% in pume, 186 in Jamb. He did maths, Eng, Gov and Literature in his UTME. Is the jamb combination ok because he formally chose law but since he didn't make the cutoff for law, he changed to psychology. In his waec also, though he used awaiting, He did matns, english, lit, gov, geo, bio, civic education and entrepreneurship. His this combo good to go for psychology. Another problem he is having is that civic education and entrepreneurship isn't available in the o'level result menu...
