really dont know the best advice or suggestion to give here
first things first, the whole blame goes to SAINTULOT ...simply because he decided to mix business with pleasure or rather, he got greedy. greedy in the sense that he saw a customer who is always willing to purchase gift cards even if he is not paying right now, no problem , he will still pay. if you had collected your cash immediately after sending AGC or even before sending AGC, will the customer come and be telling you that his account is locked and he won't pay you?
what i will like to suggest in my humble opinion is for the losses to be shared, the buyer should pay the seller a % of what the buyer owes the seller. the amazon account being locked is not a fault of the seller, nor of the buyer, so therefore the account being locked should be removed from the equation completely and what remains is simply that the buyer is owing the seller for services rendered. and since buyer has also lost some funds it means he won't be able to come up with the funds to pay seller, so therefore, buyer should pay to seller a % of the money he owes to seller. any other judgement or reasoning especially for buyer to pay seller complete money might not work o.
this is just my humble opinion from my limited experience and exposure
and mr buyer, stop forming all high and mighty, seller owes you nothing, when you were purchasing the AGC from seller, did you not know the AGC was third party or even 4th party AGC? so why will you want to hold the seller accountable for amazon exercising their right?

Hello all,
I need your help
amazon has locked my account and asked me to provide receipts for the gift cards used in a particular recent order
they have asked me to fax the receipts
problem is, i do not have a fax machine or access to a fax machine
i have tried contacting them via chat, but they say their account specialist department can't be contacted via chat or email, basically i should just fax them what they requested from me
does anyone here know how to get across to them other than via fax?

I want to assume you have an agreement paper when you rented the apartment.

Check to see what and what were.written there.
If it states he can do anything he's currently doing, then you have got no case against him.
But if doesn't state anything he's currently doing, then you do have a case against him.

Except the agreement document states otherwise, no landlord can give you quit notice of less than 6-months. If he does and succeeds and it's not contained in the agreement document, then it means you either don't know your rights or you're a weakling.

Once again, go through the agreement document and try to understand what can or can't be done.

That's the way to fight him.

NB: If anything happens and you are invited by an elder or an oba for settlement, you have the right to ignore such invites (as conclusions are mostly to the benefit of.the landlord). Only welcome court or police invites and learn to stand your group when you need to.

Tenants suffer in the hands of Landlords because they either are afraid of being evicted (because they have got no money) OR they are weaklings.

Thank you, your advice is greatly appreciated. I will make sure to go through the agreement again.
