Politics › 15 Most Urbanized Cities In Nigeria by Henrydone(op): 8:12pm On Jul 06, 2016 |
Some folks do mistake beauty and infrastructure with urbanization, although it cut across. Some villages has better access to infrastructure but that does not necessarily justify it's urbanized.Urbanization cut through beauty,infrastructure,master-minded city planning, tourism and resort potentials, street grooviness and liveliness, modernity growth rate and in fact the expansion rate. All modern day city are once a village or small town with passage of time and combinations of factors lead to it urban settlement, glance through the city type and site and get an idea of the factor that initially lead to it urbanization. The list might not be okay with you where there are humans there are varying outlook, bring up your arguments logically with reason in write-up and snapshots.
1.Lagos *City type-industrial city *City site-coastline *major urban problem-traffic congestion

SWG25: Hmmm
I've come to realise that Nigerians - a vast majority (over 85 percent) of Nigerians are ignorant - fantastically ignorant.
Infrastructure is more than showing us a few motorable roads or a semi-urban environment. Infrastructure covers a broad number of items in so many areas. Does any of these "cities" you mentioned have any of the following?
1. Good water infrastructure 2. Good transport infrastrucuture 3. Good power infrastructure 4. Good educational infrastructure 5. Good health infrastructure 6. Good housing infrastructure
These are the key areas you you should appraise when rating the level of infrastructural development in a city.
Now, go through your list again and recheck if any of these cities have all the above infrastructures in place. And you gat more of the ignorance,Use your head do I implies that city with perfect infrastructure i said best infrastructure even between two ugliest you can choose the finest. |

Know2020: Typical yoruba....doesn't know the difference between Akwa Ibom and the true Awka city....spells it as Akwa. Doesn't know the difference between pics of Awka and Onitsha because he is high on Ogbomosho red weed and typing this from the basement of his great great grandfather house built in Ibadan...Ibadan high rise were all built in 1970s...from stolen Biafffrans money, that's why nothing new has been built since recently....no more Biaafran money to steal. Who in his right mind puts Akure over Awka? What's Minna doing there...why not Asaba? Goodness me. Awka apart from the shown pictures which other area is infrastructurally ok,ordinary primary schools in AKURE are infrastructurally ok than your so called universities or do you define your own infrastructure based on clustered building. Here Akure primary schools.
