Every city in Nigeria got brown roof, yes Calabar some city may be beautiful than Ibadan. But op says developed city. There is different between development and beauty. Owerri maybe beautiful than port harcourt and Ibadan. But not even close when it comes to development .

If you wonna compare post the beautiful pictures in your capital. And stop downgrading other cities
