Hello everyone.

I don't know if someone has any natural or medical cure for a case where someone always feels drowsy. As in, anytime I'm idle, I do feel asleep. I can hardly sit down for 30 minutes, receiving lectures without sleeping.

I've been to the hospital but all the doctor could tell me is that maybe I've starved myself of rest. Although I know that I didn't, but I gave myself more time to sleep/rest than before, especially weekends, yet it persists. The second doctor I consulted said I'm OK, whenever I feel like sleeping I should go and sleep. I'm beginning to lose my confidence in public. I've been battling with this for some months now.
