1 wish to start from our past leaders who have ruled and enjoyed this country for years without public opinion, because they couldnt tolerate what they called freedom of speech/information. When Major General Muhamadu Buhari Ex, took over from mallam shehu shagari in 1983 as a nigerian head of state there was nothing like FOI why because it was a military regime which wouldnt want their ill treated system of government to be exposed. Like wise IBB who later succeeded him couldnt dare to sign it, not to talk of ABACHA and Baba OBASANJO who took to their heels by mere hearing of "F" talk more freedom. It was only the humble GEJ that took the risk and made himself and his government to be transparent by singning the 'FOI'. My question is, Now that we are used to it, can GMB go ahead with the system or decline to sign it? |

Just imagine, some people are saying that nigeria is not supposed to show or regret the help they have rendered to south africans why not, if you help some people and they are not ready to reciprocate but rather decided to maim and kill your people after much cautions then you have no option than to remind them what they are forgeting. Even GOD regreted why HE created human beings after seeing the level of atrocity they were into, and bible said, GOD created us in HIS image and likeness, so telling them is not bad at all, its a way of trying to calm them down. 2 Likes |

That threat worked perfectly, and it was the grand plan of apc to scare away some igbos that claim to have valued their lives so much. Anyways the apc strategy worked, but i feel such threat as heavy as this can never happen again or else those that knows how to handle this kind basketed mouth will have no option than to arrest the offender. |

Nice talk, what kills us mostly is selfishness, we want GOD to peform miracle and lift us up, but we always derail from his track because we dont have the inner eyes to see what is happening in the spiritual realm.
