I've done so. They said it's head office that releases result not them.

I can't still view my PG project result. It's still showing 'results not available'.
Meanwhile, someone that defended with me on the same day and same department has seen his result.
What could be the problem?

After ratification by the faculty, UEC and University Senate, project results will be out in good time, still have patience.
