The issue is not saying no, but not supporting a particular candidate! A CBN governor can't say no to a directive the president is determined to execute, it will only lead to his replacement. What is happening to emefiele is a clear case of witch hunting, nothing more. because he didn't support their candidate & almost ruined his chance of winning.

If his tenure was the worst, how is the current one any better?? What positive significant step have they taken so far? A lot of report on that investigation are false! They are trying so hard to exclude the name of the former president from the naira redesign which makes this investigation seem like a joke! How can the currency of a country be redesigned without the approval of the president? How does that make sense? Even the president came on national TV to state his approval when he extended the old N200 notes, yet u people keep dragging only emiefele because he didn't stand with your candidate. I'm not saying emefiele is a saint, but most of the reports on this man are false! They are just trying to punish him, they are not fighting a just cause.
