Damn, why is it that Igbo or more precisely--- Eastern girls look so much better on average than other Nigerians? |
Damn, she's looking sexy as hell with that new figure. |
These girls are ok. The rest are blah. http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=17 http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=27 http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=4 http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=19 http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=25 http://mbgn.silverbirdgroup.com/contestant_details.php?c_id=5 |
CHERISH One of my nieces stayed over at my place last night and this morning she and my daughter were and ready for school early, and so my wife allowed them to watch a bit of TV before it was time for her to take them to school. Well I walked into the living room to take a peak at what they were watching and saw both of them dancing to this music performance done by these 4 young girls, who called themselves Cherish. They were very on point, looked really cute together, and sang really well together. My niece says they're the hottest new R&B group out; I personally was really impressed. What do you young folks who know about this stuff think about them? I like their new song call "KILLA". https://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51XB95hy8gL._SS500_.jpg https://www.mtv.com/bands/c/cherish/flipbook_06_06/images/01.jpg https://superfearo.com/wp-content/uploads/2007/10/cherish.jpg https://i210.photobucket.com/albums/bb236/toyabloggero/cherish-whitebckgrnd.jpg |
D-reloaded:Every popularly known American-Music style was created by African-Americans. You do know this right? |
almondjoy:That response had nothing to do with making excuses for the outragously high rates in discussion. It was simply a response to help you gain clarification of your question in which is posted below. Why do current CDC statistics state that one in two "Black" American females have an STD? While their white counterparts record one in four?It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out why, not only the black females of this nation, but the white and Hispanic as well, have the astronomically high STD rates they have. Society in this nation promotes behaviors and mindsets in which places them in predicaments in which breeds such haphazard behaviors that bring about these high rates. Everything from the music, to the music videos, to the TV shows that come on the boob tube all promotes trashy behavior. Parents, stopped parenting properly, for the most part, in this nation a long time ago, and from then on generations have been progressively getting worst and worst. When this will change for the better, I have no idea, possibly not until its effects reach a catastrophic level. |
Why do current CDC statistics state that one in two "Black" American females have an STD? While their white counterparts record one in four? YOU only make up about 13% of of the US gen pop. What's up with that? Our African brothers are in some serious trouble ooooooooooooooooooooh! You know it will definitely spread to the motherland on those famous Christmas trips every year. May God save us all from your new religion. You make jokes, though this is a very serious situation. 1/4 of the nations females period have some form of STD. Now, as far as the rates amongst the individual races in the nation, one must take into account health care standing between the races and-- and with that in mind take note of the fact of that whites have a significantly better and higher rate of health care coverage than Hispanic and African-Americans. Better health care provides you with the means to do your medical visits ate private clinics. Private clinics are not made to make their clients records public knowledge unless the clients give consent. This even includes release of the information for statistical research. Most people (85%) who do attend private clinics do not give the clinic the authority to use their information in any public forum. White attend private clinics at much higher rates than black and Hispanics, and thus consistently when such health studies are done whites are majorly under diagnosed in these projects. This is actually a well noted very troubling event in which the much of the medical field in the nation is being very hush, hush about, in that some powerful figure s see some form of benefit in making the nations white population not look as ill as it really is. My wife is a physician and we have many friends who are, and it's a well known fact amongst all of them that whites are drastically under diagnosed in many of these such studies, to their own detriment. |
Why are AA's so insecure.Insecure? Humm, that's a first; I've heard arrogant and stubborn before though most would never say insecure. Humm, now first of al-- we must get this strait, by bringing to light the very fact of that not all of any group is any way. Sure, some or possibly many may be insecure for various reasons, and it all goes back to what these such individuals have experience in their PERSONAL LIVES to make them that way. I personally am a very cocky arrogant African-American who expresses know-how character all the time, and most of the African-Americans I know and grew up around are the same way and for some as is the case with all people--- this character has worked for them and for some it has not. It's all about the individual. I've personally known very few who anyone would describe as being insecure about most anything; insecurity is not very well known African-American expressed trait my friend. Perhaps you are using the wrong term for the behavior in which you are thinking of? ![]() |
@poster,why do AA's eat akpu with ofe onugbo with fork and knife ?I don't know what the hell that is, so if we do eat it, you must refer to it by it English name, else I can't give you a good answer on that one bud. ![]() |
Any research or just a wild guess?Wild guess. |
hmm, so Hero, you think you'll speak for all African-Americans? Good for you. Keep it up! chhrrrrrpsssssssss. Most would rather have their period twice a month. |
Wow, I see you loyal subjects have put up alot of interesting questions for me. Sorry for getting back to you'all so late-- though I've had quite a busy week and thus little time to come here to respond to your very insightful questions. I'm sorry to disappoint you at this time, but I still am very busy and thus I'm still not able to get to your questions at this moment--- though I will very shortly, possibly as soon as tomorrow morning, eastern US standard time. Check in then, and I should have some of your questions answered. ![]() SINCERLY: Your Hero. |
echelon:Humm, well I guess you're insinuating that Obama isn't an African-American in retrospect to him not being a descendant of slaves brought to the nation long ago. Well if that is the case, then my answer to you is that I have know idea, though I personally think that it will be in 2016. |
Hi I'm an African-American, and I would like to answer any question, no matter what it may be, you have about my people. I'm here to help you clear up any lingering thoughts about us in which you may have and want clarification on. |
Do to the unquestionably implanted identity connection in which the African-American has in-rooted into the American presence--- it allows for a platform in which Africans and other non-formal black-Americans born and raised here in the US can much easily blend into the obscure of the American identity much better than alot of other groups, such as non black and white Hispanics and or Asians. |
My wife, her sister and many of their cousins were all born and raised their whole lives here in the US, and thus consider themselves to be more so African-Americans than Nigerian-Americans. This is mainly do to having a stronger tie to the African-American cultural identity than that of the Nigerian-- due to the environment they grew up in. |
Why would those groups deny being Igbo? Is being Igbo seen as a bad thing in Naija or something? ![]() |
The roots of the word Redbone originate in Jamaica where they used the word ‘Red Ibo’ to describe certain fair-skinned people who lived in the harbour areas. Merchant seamen, sailors’ cargo ships and so on bring foreigners who slept with local women and had many mixed race children in these areas. The term ‘Red Ibo’ was used (it is no longer in common use) to describe fairer than average Jamaicans. The term came into use because originally among the slaves taken to Jamaica there were a good number of Igbo’s who were comapratively lighter among dark skinned Igbo. They exist to this day in Africa. Igbo are the lightest population of the Bantu populations, in fact, the term for Whites was Oyibo, which comes from Onye Igbo, Which means "Like an Igbo."One crucial part that the information left out was that, do to the fact of that the majority of the Africans brought to the US were Igbo, thus the African-American black population was/is majorly an Igbo population, the term Redbone rather fluidly transgressed into the society as in the early 1800's some Jamaican slaves began being taken to the US to help fuel the rapidly growing Cotton plantations of the Deep south, in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas and Texas, and in in the process passed on some of their unique slangs. :thumbs |
almondjoy:Please, Bini Baby, do not mention my wife, you're not worthy. She's of more value than you and your whole fillage or is it village back in whatever rundown area you crawled out of. Some are soundly of the idea of that your people (EDO) are in the lowdown position in which they are do to the fact of that the millions upon million of slaves your ancestors gained their wealth from put a curse on them and their preceding generations. They cursed there kingdom to crumbled to dust, and their people to be stripped of their dignity as they've stripped them of theirs. It's all come true. What goes around comes around, my sista. ![]() |
Blackcat:Great warriors? Hardly. They've been run over and run through more than an interstate 95. |
Stop being a bunch of lazy bones. Get up off your hines and do you own work. See this is the problem; always want others to do what you should be doing yourself. No wonder your leaders always get Europeans and Asians to come and build your roads, hospitals, schools, office buildings and everything else, in which you folks should be building and maintaining your damn selves. Shame, shame. Respect is earned, not given, you know. ![]() |
Blackcat:I've already found my roots. They are Igbo, German, Scot and Cherokee. No I've moved on to studying other history, like the Tiv. Don't be mad because I know more about you than you know about yourself. |
Blackcat:You obviously don't know your own history. I see I've schooled you on your own people. I have more for you to learn if you'd like to take another lesson. |
I have a question. Why is it that the Edo people allowed their ancient city's historical architectural foundations of moats and Walls and more go to crap? I visited Benin City and I was extremely disappointed to see that the people didn't preserve any of that stuff as the Asians, South and Central Americans and Europeans have done theirs. Do you know how much tourism would have been pouring into your region if you'd showed more pride in your ancestors achievements and took care of their works as they entrusted in you to do. Allowing that stuff to crumble to dust was unbelievable disgraceful and disrespectful in my opinion. Over 1000 years worth of architectural genius down the fucking drain, what a shame. It's do to haphazard maintenance such as that that people all over the world think that sub-Saharan Africans have never structured anything of architectural greatness, because they're nothing present for people to go and bare witness too. It was all allowed to crumble to dust. |
Tiv, wow, you people still exist? Damn, I thought the Hausa and Fulani came and killed most of you off when they marched in out of the central Sahel and took your lands, and forced subjugated you into Islam. You'all must feel like the Native-American dose here in teh US. Even the Edo treated you'all like crap when their empire marched into your lands along the Benue River basin and took it over for a period of time. I feel sorry for you poor lil guys. |
Hey question; are the Fulani and Tuareg related, as in they used to be one big group until those who remained the Fulani began to Urbanize while the group that refused to became known as the Tuareg? Also, it's said that Amina was a ruthless butcher, and a slut. A Hausa professor told me this back in Uni. He said that she is nothing to be proud of amongst the Hausa people, in that "she did nothing but butcher and sleep around with different men in here journeys. Her death was greeted with standing ovation"? |
Hey, where are the translations? ![]() |
Look within your community and solve the problems within first before you start worrying about what whites and hispanics are doing.
