Sometimes God allows us to hit our rock bottom, so we can run to our ROCK of ages!

We believe only the report of the Lord! His report says we are healed! His report says we are fruitful! In fact that we are fruitful even till old age! Psalm 92vs14. I don't care what the doctors diagnosis is since it can't be worse than Sarah and Abraham's case!
Thank Jehovah! I'm excited for the miracles of our conception loading! Our children are special breed from heaven for the expansion of kingdom's work! Hallelujah!

Sister, I can see you very well knowledgeable with property matters as a long time experienced property owner.
Please I need your advice, hubby and I have a property 2 units of 3 bedroom flat in lekki/Ajah axis. We have 2 tenants occupying the flats while we stay at the front duplex. Now these two tenants are ok except for one that didn't pay his rent/service charge on time(3months overdue after several reminders).
Now we increased the rent and communicated same to both tenants via our lawyer as we wanted to avoid dealing directly with them. The lawyer wrote them on the new rent which would be effective in June. My concern is that the tenants have not replied the lawyer even after reminders. We reached to the lawyer to find out update and she said so long as they have communicated and sent subsequent reminders intimating tenants that their silence meant acceptance hence no need to worry again!
In my mind, I feel that is not safe enough as quit notice with rent increase ought to have accompanied the rent increase especially with the attitude of the other defaulting tenant.
What is your take on this? Should we continue to assume that the tenant had accepted the new rent and wait till renewal or issue quit notice immediately so that when the time comes we will not lose much time if the tenant does not agree with new rate?
Note: we rented like 200k cheaper that prevailing rate in thanks to God being our 1st property. Now property has even sky rocketed yet the new rent is still 200-300k cheaper based on what we are charging.

Example: tenant A rents a yearly apartment starting April 2015 and expires 31 March 2016. His landlord can issue him quit notice which will run from April 2016 to 30Sept 2016. This does not anyway imply that the tenant will live this 6months free! He will still pay it to the landlord or court if the matter had been taken to court! This is why most landlords prefer to issue quit notice to tenants while their rent is still on course to capture the six months that would lap with the expiration of the tenants tenure.

Imagine if at the end of my 40day exercise or before it and I conceive!!! We would have tons of people encouraged to also do same! Tons of money would be saved on drugs/enriching doctors! Tons of broken hearts would be mended! This is the cheapest and surest way when all options have failed I believe. I know it might have religious connotation but it is still health related.
Would you please support me on this journey and new experience? I thank you in advance for your understanding.

Infertility cannot be real in my life, this I know because you made me in your image and likeness thus giving your word in Gen1vs27-28 that I should increase and multiply! I know you are leading me to greener pastures and all these is for your glory!
I thank you father that infertility is far from me as a result of the finished work of grace by your son Jesus on the cross. Even as I have been diagnosed with(insert whatever medical/non medical name of your situation) has been pronounced on me by mere man, I stand on your word that says in Jere 32vs 17 and vs 27(You are the God of all flesh and there is nothing too hard for you to do). I receive life right now every organ of my body because your word is alive and active! Now by faith, I am announcing my goodnews, even the word says in Rom 8vs19 the earnest expectation of creatures awaits the manifestation of the sons of God, father I ask you use me as an ambassador to proclaim in my generation the efficacy of the word of God! Lord, I am willing to be counted among the heroes of faith in my generation, therefore Lord I exercise my authority as a child of God without subjugating this responsibility to anybody since you have said that I can do all things. In your mercy oh God , answer me speedily! Reset my set time of miracle just like you did in the days of old that only your name alone will be gloried. Amen
NB: For my 6:00am I usually take communion after each session.(buy communion bread/wine or ordinary bread/ribena can serve ,just pray over it using 1cor11vs24).

This post I believe was inspired by the holy spirit and I'm led to this option because I have tried practically all options and nothing seems to be working! I am a Christian, I have sought medical(ART, IVF, Surgeries, Investigations-with the best gynae/doctors both in Nigeria/Abroad) and herbal treatments both internationally(Europe/Asia) and Africa and nothing worked. I am a young woman in my mid thirties, the doctors have diagnosed me of all sorts while my husband's record is squeaky clean. The peace and love of God abounds in my home and I can say I have the best hubby on earth and it breaks my heart I cannot give him a mini(him) as quickly as I would have loved
I have read in my bible that the word works! I am on a mission to challenge God that truly the word works, Isa 55vs2-3 captures exactly my situation as I have spent money now I rely on the mercy of God to deliver, that the world will know of a truth that the word works! I am asking God to use me as a guinea pig on this experience and show the world, my bothers/sisters on here that truly the word works! I am looking for men and women who will like to exercise their faith to come with me on this journey!
For 40days we will challenge God with his words from the portions of the bible and pray/thanksgiving fervently for 40days commencing any day you choose to! I am commencing my fervent prayer using a 3 timeline approach on a daily basis ie 6:00am, 12:00pm and 6:00pm or 9:00pm(depending).
I believe in my heart that Gods steps in when every option have failed and I come to experience that first hand so that the world might see and know. When that time comes, I have promised God that I unveil my anonymity, expose my medical records with doctors records for those who would like to verify! I will even sponsor my story on blogs for the world to know that the word works!
The spirit has asked me to start by setting up a thread on here for those who would like to join me on this journey!
This thread is for those who would like to challenge the word, Isa41:21 (God we says we should bring forth our strong reasons) ,so for me the reason I am bringing to him is that he said none shall be barren(Ex23vs26) and that he made me in his image Gen 1vs27 and fruitfulness is one of the attributes of God since I have reclaimed my image right as a result of the death of Christ! In addition, his mercy now is what I am relying upon Ps 147vs11, Ps 130vs7 (all these stress how the mercy of God can deliver and cause plenteous redemption).
I have scripted a prayer with bible verses for anyone who would like to use the prayer please go ahead and use it!
Please no questions on supplements/fertility treatment or advertising is required! The only supplement on fertility required here would only be WORD based(scriptures). You can share scriptures if you see any that can relate to the situation.
The prayer will follow shortly in order not to make this too long!
