I spoke to McMayor and Lionlee behind the camera to get full gist and from all angles, it's very clear the seller played a very fast on you by changing Sim tray that has the original IMEI. You can't blame picker, he did what you asked him to do.




To the issue of wipe or not, from the screenshot shared by Mayor, you kept assuring him that iCloud is not locked meaning he can go ahead and wipe/restore the phone so that passcode can be removed and he can gain access to confirm what you've been assuring him. you don't have to put that in writing, it's common sense.

REFRENCE TO ABOVE STATEMENTS

if you want me to accept full responsibility of refund ,,why do chat to 2person alone while you know 3person is involved, ,now you said is not picker fault,I told picker the phone as passcode lock then I gave the given imei number from seller to him to confirm to the one on phone through sim tray ,after picking I ask did confirm he said yes. now listen had he be the imei I give him was same with the sim tray imei,that's another case but the given imei was different,,,but the sim tray imei was same with the on phone ,,,so here picker pick different imei from the one given ,,how is it my fault and both imei still 8plus plz reason with this very well

To Mayormc I never instruct him to wipe phone ,when he pick the phone after lock code was remove he send me a pics of lost phone then he tagged Icloud lock and no icloud lock on the phone because am checking through the given imei without knowing then that picker pick wrong phone ,,then Mayormc claim to know about iPhone very when he saw that why did he wipe I could remember very well he told when he got to office next day he let me know to my surprise he as wipe it off ,the wipe up issue came up from lionlee that why did he wipe ,,that mayormc should return back to how he was pick ,so why shifting blame on me alone ,I can't bear the refund alone mayormc know too well I never for a day have misunderstanding with him ,I do avoid such to happen but the picker worse it all . first he accept to refund us with phone a 7plus and I told my Bro let accept that ,to forget the issue but later he refused, he insist mayomc have to return the phone to normal state. again why mayormc didn't compared the imei before all this wipe off.
