Alonso is in the top 2 most technical DM of all time. In World Cup 2010, Alonso was averaging 120 passes per game, and 100 for Bayern. I have never seen midfielder reach 120 passes over a sequence of games in all my years following passing stats, not even Xavi.

With Mbappe and Cavani you are encourage to pass the ball quickly but not with Willian and especially Morata. Hazard is the ball carrier of the team, so having Willian who is also a ball hugger is causing imbalance in the team. Morata should be third striker at best in any big club. CFC need a goal getter in that RWF, a RWF that can run behind defenders and get a goal like mbappe. A prolific striker in the mode of Aguero.

Don't be surprised, I said it earlier that they behave like mice to cheese. Try this anytime you feel bore and need some entertainment. Just come to barca thread and say "so and so players are better than Messi", you will immediately control their brains for at least 4 pages.

Likewise, go to Madrid thread and say pique or umtiti is better than Ramos, you will be bombarded like flies to an opened mango.

Fernandinho is not better on the ball than Kante. Fernandinho and Alonso are both useless in tight space. The only thing Alonso had over Kante was his long range and diagonal passes. By technical players are players who are good with the ball and who are able to buy time on the ball even in tight space.

Kante is more of a technical player than Fernandinho and Alonso.
