Two people later came so we were just 3.last week people came because they registered online and there name was found on the list and we're allowed to do, another people without online application but because they know people they were allowed so I too decided to go today after all I registered online

This statement is composed by the Cleaner Lagos team, and directed to stakeholders and other applicants who previously attended, and registered for the training held at Victoria Island, Lagos, and the interview at Agege Stadium, Lagos.

We would like to apologize for the delay in contacting shortlisted candidates, and further explain that although this is due to circumstances beyond our control, we’re working as hard as we can to put everything in place and attend to everyone affected, as soon as possible.

However, considering the volume and frequency of messages we receive daily, we would like to clarify a few points that address, and hopefully answer all questions regularly asked, and avoid mis-information on the part of the Cleaner Lagos Initiative.

1. It should be noted that the job description entails daily street sweeping and cleaning by community sanitation workers (CSWs).

2. The CSWs, when employed, will earn a remuneration of N18,500 (Eighteen Thousand, Five hundred naira ONLY) monthly.

3. The CSWs will sweep streets within their area of residence, and must be fully clad in full Cleaner Lagos gear for the duration of sweeping.
In conclusion, it is important to note that all currently open vacancies are only those for CSWs with the description explained above. There are NO OTHER vacancies, therefore, candidates, followers, and the public are advised to be cautious when contacted by unauthorized third parties claiming to act on behalf of the Cleaner Lagos Initiative.

Mmmmmmm, but they told us previously above minimum wages, tax free salaries, health insurance, accident insurance, pension etc why are they now saying renumeration 18500 only, that said they will be direct staff of Lagos state mmmmm according to what I heard about on those lawma woman sweeping before I learnt they pay very well like 45k and they said d new initiative will be better than before mmmmmm; after the tidious preliminary screening with white medical specialist, full security personel, people were even convince all about d initiative are true the process was even more tidious than neibourhood corps mmmmmmmm just speaking my mind there website was even upgraded showing it is a good initiative. I rest my case ....
