lyricallyfestus:Guy, shut up and stop disgracing men. The girl was right, NOT all men are perverts. Anyman that has dirty thoughts towards his daughter must be sick in the head. |
lilfreezy:https://www.nairaland.com/5301556/nigerian-celebrities-blame-super-eagles Check out this thread on Front page, Even our celebrities and millions of other Nigerians are complaining about the green jersey....they know it brings badluck. (see the case of that nasty deflection that led to the 1st goal) It is funny how you still can't see the pattern of our losses in the green jersey in major competitions. I've told you the day Nigeria will play Afghanistan national team with the dark green jersey and lose, then I'll believe youI know you would have used this same analogy before we met Madagascar, but we all saw what happened in the game . Or do you want to tell me that Madagascar is tougher than Cameron & S.A? There is something called "jinx" and even the whitemen you are emulating are aware of it.. Incase you have not been paying attention, when next you are watching European football, listen to the commentaries & at times you will hear the commentators make some statements like: -Team "A" has never lost in the finals wearing red... -Team "Z" has never lost a game whenever player ABC Scores -Team "B" has never beaten Team "C" when player XYZ is paired with player ABC I know you must have an idea of what I'm talking about now... These things have nothing to do with team performance, it's just an observation and it somehow works all the time...... It's the same observation I and many other Nigerians have made that we are most likely to lose each time we put on the Green Jersey. |
lilfreezy:Do you still want to argue? I believe you watched the match tonight and saw what happened. Well i know you will blame it on performance as usual. yeah I agree our performance tonight was lackadaisical, the Algerians played better than us. But there was a bit of ill luck on our side with that nasty deflection... (green jersey jinx ) Now look back at the tournament and you will see its the same old story.... We lost the two times we put on the Green Jersey. First against Madagascar & now against Algeria. & we won all the games in which we wore white....... Sad. Cc: Safarigirl |
[s] lilfreezy:[/s] Guy leave performance analysis, we are talking about a particular trend here and I didn't draw my conclusion based on those 3 matches alone, I only picked the most recent ones that are still very fresh in our memories. You can go way back in history and you will observe that our loses in green is far far greater than in white... It's just an observation that i and millions of other Nigerians have noticed. |
lilfreezy:Yeah, performance has nothing to do with Jersey but one thing I have noticed & i believe many Nigerians have also noticed is that we are most likely to lose each time the boys put on the Green Jersey. It has been happening for long, even before the jerseys were rebranded.. That plain green has always brought us ill luck... Let me sight practical instances with the most recent events.... Flash back to the just concluded world cup, you will notice the only game we won was against Iceland and it was the only time we wore the white stripped Jersey. Look at the current AFCON, in the 3 games we have played & won we wore the white stripped Jersey. Our only defeat came when we wore the green against Madagascar. You may call it mere coincidence, but when a coincidence becomes recurrent, then people will get suspicious & begin to ask questions. |
I watched the full video on YouTube and I can say the pastor made alot of sense... L.I.B actually extracted some parts of the clip to make it look outrageous & serve as food for her fellow feminists. With civilization & Education, most women now believe they are at par with men and do not want to be under the control of any man. They prefer to be baby mamas/single mothers. Honestly with the way things are going, in the near future, marriage will no longer be seen as a sacred Union and many people, especially women will see no reason to marry again but rather be baby mamas/single mothers. It's already happening in advanced countries & we can see traces in Africa too. |
Classickj:Really? You know her? What's her IG handle? |
Obainoneandonly:The Argentina game was fair enough. The first penalty was a very soft one and most refs would have waived it... I guess he realized this and decided not to award the 2nd one that was very obvious. But overall, the officiating was ok |
