(1) The oil level of the self-priming pump with suspension oil chamber must be kept at 1/3 and 2/3 of the oil pointer.

(2) The mechanical seal shall not have any leakage. Otherwise, replace the mechanical seal with a new one.

(3) Check whether the flow and lift (inlet and outlet pressure) of the pump are stable and meet the requirements of the working conditions, whether the current value in the ammeter is stable and within the normal range allowed by the motor, whether the self-priming pump unit has abnormal noise, whether the running noise and vibration are excessive, and whether the temperature of the bearing is within the normal range (the temperature rise of the bearing should generally not exceed the ambient temperature by 35 ℃, but the high temperature of zui should not exceed 75 ℃).

3. Shutdown

(1) Before shutdown, slowly close the water outlet valve, close the vacuum gauge cock, cut off the power, and then close the pressure gauge cock.

(2) For the self-priming pump running in series (less used), the last stage pump shall be closed first when stopping. After stopping, the outlet valve shall be closed, and then the * stage pump shall be closed.

(3) When the ambient temperature of the pump installation location is low, the liquid in the pump shall be discharged after shutdown to avoid freezing the pump or pipeline system.
