Out of that 5.6 mil, tinubu only needs 3 million to retain power. He got 1.8 mil from nc,2.7 from NW and 1.1 mil from NE. He will get 2 mil from NC. All he needs is 1 mil from core north and he is home and dry.

Let the 2023 figures educate you. Tinubu's votes in the entire SOUTH-EAST: Abia — 8,914 Anambra — 5,111 , Ebonyi — 42,402
Enugu — 4,772 ,Imo — 66,406 TOTAL: 127,605.

Now compare that with Tinubu's SOUTH-SOUTH vote: Akwa Ibom — 160,620 , Bayelsa — 42,572 , Cross River — 130,520
Delta — 90,183 , Edo — 144,471, Rivers — 231,591 TOTAL: 799,957.

Tinubu got more than SIX TIMES as many votes in the South-South as he got in the South-East—and that was in 2023.

So please stop carrying the South-South inside Peter Obi's political handbag.

And 2027 is not 2023. The political landscape has shifted dramatically. Just days ago, ALL SIX South-South governors collectively endorsed Tinubu's re-election for 2027. So your arithmetic that "Obi steps down = Atiku wins by 12 noon" is not electoral analysis.

It is wishful thinking with a wristwatch.

Tinubu became President in 2023 with just 127,605 votes from the entire South-East. Your real problem is not whether the South-East will vote for Tinubu.

Your problem is explaining where Atiku suddenly gets the millions of additional votes required to defeat him—especially when you are casually donating the entire South-South to the opposition as though six states came packaged with Peter Obi's nomination form.
