If Atiku is even honest (for once) that he will return subsidy, has he even considered that no sitting state governor will be in support of such ?

Their allocations will only plummet and those ones who have taken on projects based on their expected monthly allocations will not be able to complete it.

There are also loan obligations by states based on this current allocation made only possible by fuel subsidy removal.

States will not only be able to complete existing projects but also their loan obligations.

What of the new wage bills ?

How will both the state and federal govts meet their new obligations to staff while still paying subsidy ?

There's no way in hell freezing over that subsidy can be restarted without heading the country straight to bankruptcy.

If Ordinary Nigerians prefer subsidy to return and fuel price go down,so be it.Its not sitting Govs that would decide because they want the subsidy money ,it's the people bearing the pains of high fuel price that would decide

Atiku worked under IBB. He was the Deputy Comptroller General of Customs when IBB was the president. When IBB saw the insane level of wealth that Atiku had corruptly acquired as a customs officer, he refused to appoint him as the Comptroller General of Customs despite all entreaties from traditional rulers in the north. Thereafter, IBB advised him to retire from service.

OBJ is the second person Atiku worked under. We have all read his opinion about Atiku in his well publicized book. I listened to both Bolaji Abdulahi and Dele Momodu recently and I was ashamed of the level of shamelessness the opposition ADC has descended into.

Your party put up a candidate for the election. Atiku went all the way to Osogbo to campaign for the ADC. After losing the election very woefully, you then came on National Tv to lie that you had an alliance with a party that had announced its endorsement of the reelection of Mr. President. That’s quite pathetic to be honest.

This again speaks to the incompetency, deceitfulness and lack of seriousness of the opposition ADC. There is no single credible and sensible person in that party. They just want power by any means possible. Those kind of character must never be allowed to get anywhere near Aso Rock.
