Good morning everybody, This my Redmi 5plus that got stuck on mi logo has never been resolved, anybody with solid advice should assistme. Oga Gptech and Oga Grandmufti has tried for me but no solution yet. may be I should throw the phone away because of this problem? please assist me ooo.....

Hello all engineers around, please my Redmi 5plus stuck on mi logo during browsing, it got hanged and got stuck on mi logo, all efforts to review it proof abortive, I need qualified engineer that can flash new ROM on it , may be it will work. Lagos or Sango in Ogun state. Thanks

Remove the battery connector, then insert it back. Power on the phone.

It's the part labeled 'remove it'.

I mean go to YouTube and type ' How to open up Xiaomi redmi 5 plus'. Even if you are to take it to a technician to help you open it, still watch the video or better still give it to an engineer you know is humble. Many of those so called engineers don't even bother to do researches. They open up any phone same way they open transsion devices, this has led to damages in some cases.

Naaa, hold the power button and volume up till the phone vibrates, if it doesn't go to recovery mode then it's either you are not holding the volume button well or it's becoming faulty. You can press the volume button harder together with the power button.

I have tried all the tricks but not works, may be it faulty, please where can I get competent engineer to fix it for me In
Lagos or Sango in Ogun state. Thanks.

Naaa, hold the power button and volume up till the phone vibrates, if it doesn't go to recovery mode then it's either you are not holding the volume button well or it's becoming faulty. You can press the volume button harder together with the power button.

Sir I held the power and volume up button it vibrates and off and on back to mi logo again. I am I doing the right thing?
