sealed redmi k20, Chinese rom. Do they have problems?
Obviously, it's not seller's fault, it's from factory.

1. Change Ranking to Details and post screenshot.

2. Why is your screen that bright to be consuming 69% of your battery?[/quote

Actually the screen is mostly darker sef, even under low light or bright lite conditions, even though it's on auto mode!!

Charging the phone now, so would see the effects b4 changing the ranking to details

sir I have opened the cover successfully and pressed the two button together, is still the same thing sir, what next can I do?
Remove the battery connector, then insert it back. Power on the phone.

It's the part labeled 'remove it'.

If the screen as low as you claim it won't be consuming that percentage of your battery.

Also your Network is not stable from the tick yellow bars on the network signal bar and it is taking a toll on your battery life.

Do a battery drain and charge your phone to 100% while turned off.

Your netw is the culprit here.

BROOO!!!

Your network is a contributory factor to your battery issues. When I first got my RN8, I was staying in a place where network bar looks like Jamaican flag and I was on 3G then --- I used to have about 6-7hours SOT. I also noticed that my battery lasts longer at work than when I'm at home. Then after I updated my SIM to 4G, and with the new 11.0.4.0 update, I get 10-11hours SOT doing regular things (surfing, PES 20 for a short time and co.)

Bro listen up, if I want to pursue this issue I'll definitely win,if nairaland could send videos I would have shown u the video evidence I gave them to convince them, they told me to send the phone back to them and will check it out and then refund me,I just feel like it's time wasting and money wasting plus I don't have a back up phone and I need a phone right now that's why I'm backing out. Tell me which reasonable, sensible Nigerian will tell the seller he spilled water on the phone and then expect a refund,of course I wouldn't and didn't tell them,I believe if I pursue the case I'd get a refund but I don't have that time bro,I'll get a new phone, when I have enough money to spare

Who is asking you to return the phone? AliExpress or seller?

Pls guys my max 2 is giving me serious headache, ghost touch on the phone is now terrible that I can't even use it at all. As if that was not enough, I power off the phone and try to put it on but it always boot to recovery mode instead of system. Now the phone can't boot into system again only booting into recovery mode. Is the volume up now ghost touching along side the power button anytime I try to put it on? I tire oo cos I dont longer know what's occurring with this phone
Na beg I dey beg, what's the solution to this?
