Speaking in general terms, MLS deserves Messi's talent in a sense, just that it seems unfathomable for Messi's camp or management that they need the MLS. He has been a pillar for football for the major part of the last decade. It would seem reasonable and even plausible that they are considering whether he hangs the boot at club or in a league, as either one will be a major boost for his decision on both sides. As much as his return may make for more grandiosity for Barca, Messi's PSG shirt I think deserves Messi.
